If it’s a preorder, they keep you updated and they always ship out your preorder before everyone else and other Loungefly lovers get to be jealous that I got the preorder first 😍 there was only one time there was a mistake, but within the hour of me alerting them, they fixed it! They have different options for payment also. Customer service responds very quickly also. I can't say enough about this site for not only my Loungefly addiction but they have other items also. Their prices are great and they have sales quite often. However, it will not let me create a wishlist, and when I click on things to add to a wishlist, it only buffers and doesn’t save. When I go to create one it tells me something went wrong.
