For example, Eastbourne train station. I often cannot find it on the list of destinations, therefore have to select somewhere similar or close by (e.g. Ninkaci) ### 3/5 — Issues with apple pay on new update *2025-03-13, version 36.2.0* I have always liked and used the 720 app however, since the update i find it hard to put my current location and i cannot use apple pay as it doesn’t work sadly. ### 3/5 — last update has ruined the app *2025-02-22, version 36.0.0* app was very easy to navigate and use before, now after the new update it's so much more complicated and harder. please revert it back ### 2/5 — App decides where I live ! It’s wrong !! *2025-02-19, version 36.0.0* I have upgraded the app as prompted and now find it sets my pick up address for me presumably using location settings. It’s wrong and when I try to change it, it simply reverts back. Also need to add a ‘no talking’ option ### 2/5 — Let down by scheduled bookings *2022-07-10, version 33.5.37* The app is simple enough to use, but I was really let down on the night of my wedding. I pre-booked 4 taxis and none of them showed on time. One guest ended up waiting an hour in the cold on their own - there is nothing in the app to tell you when to expect a car to arrive. I ended up having to call them and the operator seemed confused about the number of cars I’d ordered. Not sure why they bother offering pre-booked services if they’re not able to honour them. ### 2/5 — App not well responsive *2021-06-13, version 33.2.4* Once u go to find a taxi, it just keeps looking for ages and u can’t cancel it, u restart the app and it keeps looking, which is nice, but u got no way to stop it ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2019-12-20, version 32.1.5* Pick up time means nothing constantly have to call the office to find out when a car will actually be on the way, if u pre book a taxi through the app it only starts looking for a taxi for you at that time so if there’s a 45 minute wait and u precbook for 15:30 don’t expect a cab before 16:15, promises a lot delivers little considering the other firms are a little cheaper no reason to use this ### 1/5 — Address not listed *2019-04-16, version 32.0.2* Unable to set home address as starting location as address not listed. Sovereign Close next to Monarch gardens. So useless. Tries countless times to add a payment card and it jist goes round and round and round and round in corcles saying wont be long tone, happening soon. Also when toi ring up it keep trying to send a taxi to tour home address when i am not there and it take ages for auto taxi system to give up and put you though to a person. stressful and frustrating. And i never get a reply to these reviews so it mist be true and they don’t care. Also i don’t understand how tips work. You can book on the app but there’s no info on estimated arrival time or map to see where the driver is. You get texts to tell you it’s delayed but not eta. My old card expired so I removed it from the app and when trying to add the new one I get an error. Tried again the next day, same problem. Tried with my other bank card, same error. Tried a friends card to see it would work and nope, same again. I only have the cash option now and most people now don’t carry any cash. My phone is my wallet.
