App won’t open

Crashes when viewing booking

Since last update, can no longer view a booking due to crash

Poor app

Lacks so many features that competitor racquet apps have.

Cons:
- book an open session that others can find and join
- you can’t pay with Amex
- you can’t track your skill level and find games best suited
- you can’t easily join leagues
- the whole UI/UX is really clunky and not very intuitive
- you don’t have any community or social features on the app
- you can’t easily manage your membership on the app

Pros:
- you can split payments

Overall I would sooner use a court slightly further away that use one where I have to book with matchi. At lot of others at the same venue feel the same. Use playtomic instead - it has many more features and is more user friendly

Poor

I think this is the only app that allows you to book a game without actually needing to pay. Very limited on what you can do and zero interaction levels with other players. Playtomic walks all over this.

Very poor support, lack of response, and just uncomparable to playtomic

Matchi charged me several times, i am trying to reach them, second week already, no response. I cancelled my booking and then rebooked, it caused some glitch so people could not pay in the app for the court.
Anyway - hope this poor rating can improve the app, and hopefully fast.

Full of bugs lately

Very disappointing app. It is full of bugs lately especially with the time of booking. Seems it can’t handle summer/winter time etc.

Customer support is non existent and they don't respond even after contacting them multiple time to say there app won't allow me to log in but they still keep taking my membership fee every month.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. This has been going on for two months now and still they don't respond to my requests. Apple should delete this app from their store.

Can't pay for group booking

I got sent a link on what's app to pay for group booking, but on that screen there is no option to pay , maybe cos my screen is not so big, the bottom it cut off and can't access it! Please sort!

So difficult

The app is far from easy to use.

Payment cards have to be stored to allow purchase rather than paying via applepay or as you go….

So many clicks to try and book.
