I think the application technical error, and needs few more features.
Firstly ,what I believe these features should be their in the application :
1)After placing the order the application should show delivery date and the name of the seller in the order section of the item ordered.
I canceled an order but it did not show . The order was canceled within few hours of placing the order ,I hope it does not get delivered , as it will be troublesome for everyone as I will not be accepting the order .

Fabulous site for shopping
Poor logic
Poor customer experience.. I was having 250rs of SD cash and was trying to use it for an order and although I did not complete checkout , the amount was used up. Icing of the cake, the customer service agent did not understand the situation and said they cannot transfer that 250 to my bank account !!!!

Fast, efficient and user friendly
All the pictures are very clear with all the necessary product information. The app is very easy to use and can be sorted same as in the website. The app is fast and efficient. I wasn't able to find any flaws with the app. My only concern would be the pages, font colour etc, they are not very attractive which can be improved. Other than this, the app is almost perfect.

Needs improvement in service and delivery issues
I have made several purchases with snapdeal and my overall experience has been average with this website. This app is easy to use and order but there are few problems which are needed to be addressed seriously to make it 5 star. I have purchased 3 led tvs. One of my order was cancelled after waiting 8 days. This is annoying. If you are incapable of fulfilling, it should be cancelled very next day with a reason. Then another pair of shoes is still awaited after a month and i am no longer able to track it, money is already paid in advance. I have also made purchases with other online services satisfactorily. Thus sincerity counts. Good luck for future.
