It actually works very well
I've been searching for a tool to crop PDFs on my iPad Pro. Many PDF readers only have crop as a view option but are unable to export a cropped version. This tool exactly fills that gap.

Not as bad as I thought!
I previously wrote a very negative review about this app, because it failed completely with the first file I tried to use it on. I've now had it a while and it works perfectly with maybe 75% of PDFs, and crashes on the others. Not sure what the difference is—certainly isn't file size. So on the whole it's a usable app; but you can't rely on it.

Waste of money
Can't figure out if this app has any functionality at all. Don't waste your time. I wish I had read the reviews first. No instructions or documentation whatsoever.

This is a PAID app that worked 1 time then just sits there. Locked, rebooted, deleted reinstalled, not wasting any more time. From now on I contact seller before I BUY / PAY FOR ANY APP! Not worth the trouble, virtually no functionality
The app does a barely acceptable job of cropping a single page PDF. Even this one simple function omits the ability to zoom in for fine-grained control over the cropping area.
If you have a multipage PDF and then you can perform this function on ALL pages or Not pages at all. If pages need to be crap differently you will have to use yet another app to extract the pages individually, import them into this app one at a time (which lacks any document management features), and then export them back into your original app to reassemble your multipage document.
As you can imagine, this would take an eternity and is not a tenable solution.
