Give more diamonds as rewards!
The gameplay is quite challenging and you need a lot of patience to get all parts required, some simply never show up as rewards, which is frustrating. I really enjoy this game but am very disappointed at the quantity of diamonds that get given for rewards. One measly diamond when you go up a level, that’s really pathetic. If you don’t spend money on this game you have zero hope of progressing. I think the developers should reward regular players more. I will play this game for a while but in the end I’ll lose interest if it’s not changed. Give back to people who support you, there’s hundreds of other apps so look after your players.Show lesstlm2204

It’s addictive but also playable for a few minutes at a time when you want/can. Games are varied & fun, short & sweet but plenty of them. Hugely detailed hidden object scenes, lovely artwork & a wide variety of search modes & gameplay. Easy to play without buying the in-app purchases. On the note of in-app purchases, the best thing about this is the lack of pop-ups & demands to spend money, rate the game, check out our other games, etc. in fact I manually had to seek out the option to even write this review and I chose to spend some money on the game precisely because of the lack of demand to do so.
All in all, it’s an ideal time-passer, enjoyable & well made. Easy to play, simple to understand but not simple enough that it it’s boring. Ideal download for your phone to keep you occupied on a lunch break, waiting for a bus or at the hairdressers!Show lessAnna22hjdhfjd

They ask you to watch advertising and in return they off stones….you watch them but they don’t pay out. They give nothing away but encourage you to watch their advertising. Ripped off Have advised support….nothing!! Make them pay what your promising. NOW…..watch an advertisement for extended time…..NOTHING, plus you loose your progress. This needs to fixed or I’m out. And again…..you need to fix it !! …….ripped off again.
Response always the same…..contact developer!! I’ve done everything they ask yet still no resolve. They ask you to view advertising to get reward…..then doesn’t payout.

I enjoy the game, but lately one particular mini game - the vault is now totally unplayable. Just so you have to buy tools to play it. Also I play on both the G5 website and my iPad, but I lose a lot of progress when switching from one to the other - very significant loss of progress. Would you please get rid of the starter pack ! I don’t want it - but it won’t let me get past it ! It is so annoying and frustrating ! Other than this I enjoy the game when it lets me play!

Wondering about the possibilities:
1. Make it possible to return to lower levels once reaching a level that’s too hard. For example, being able to start back at level one or two once I reach level six because I just can’t find everything fast enough once the level gets that high. It would make the game much more fun to play and would allow me to finish investigations.
2. Make it possible for previously found items to count towards their investigation even if I wasn’t playing that investigation when I found it. For example, I am trying to finish investigation number two and I have all the items but I didn’t find them while playing the investigation so they don’t seem to count. And now the scenes I need to play to find the items again are too hard for me to complete in time.
3. Don’t make me have to play a scene ten times before getting the item I need. Because then the scene gets too hard before I complete the investigation.Show lessNo_19s
Fun game
Really enjoying it so far, perhaps a little too much. Only criticism is it gets expensive if you want to make any real progress. It would be great if you could buy assemblers etc using coins etc earned in game so that there is an option to progress without spending a fortune. I’ve spent over $60 so far and it hasn’t got me very far. That definitely makes me disinclined to spend more.Show lessVerneJnr

I am sadly changing my 5 star review to one star. I’ve played this game for years and love it, and have spent a decent amount of money on in-app purchases. It takes a lot of work to make a game like this and I don’t mind spending some money and supporting the makers of the game. However, over the years, it’s become more and more difficult to play without making in-app purchases. One issue that’s currently frustrating me is that you have to find certain objects to enter the event location. Right now I need 25 objects to enter the event room. It takes me at least 15 minutes to earn 25 objects, then when I do, it doesn’t give me a collection item. Today I explored the event location FOUR times with no collection item! That’s ridiculous and I’m no longer having fun. Also I find the timer incredibly annoying and wish there was an option where you could turn off the timer and explore the game in peace. I would love to actually admire the artwork and graphics of a new room, but I can’t because I’m too busy racing against the stupid timer. And the cost of buying tools to extend the time is insanely high! This game only causes me frustration and anxiety from the loudly ticking timer, it makes people work way too hard to complete a collection (like the event issue I described) and gives unfair disadvantages, and the greed with in-app purchases has spiraled out of control. I really like this game but find that the objects you accumulate should be alphabetical, in order to find a particular one quickly. The game encourages friends and trying to determine whether you wish to gift or not can become tedious. Other than that I find the game interesting enough though once up in levels the rooms can become extremely difficult and require money to buy enough buffs to see a level through. I don’t mind the occasional buying of a buff, but it seems it’s becoming more and more necessary to do the level in the time frame allowed. Because of this I see a definite end game to this.
