I loved Hidden Objects and played the game for many months. When Apples’ newest update came out with the option of eliminating tracking I followed all of Apples’ procedures to enact the new protocols. But unlike the rest of the apps I use, when it came to this game and its developers I was more than annoyed. After opting out of tracking on the first screen, every time I would go in to play the game there would be an attempt to get me to agree to tracking. Such was sneakily stuck in-between the regular pop-ups that are part of the game so that one can easily mistakenly hit it. As such it would force me to delete the app and reload it (which after months of playing took hours to complete). Realizing the company was trying its best to by-pass Apples’ new protocols, I notified Apples’ security team and after 5 days of this repeating (sudden notice while playing hit by mistake, reload..) I have had enough and purged the game for good. While I understand the need to make money, the developers should be above board and state you can not participate without tracking and/or offer a fee membership without tracking option. Instead, because of method they have chosen, I will not be using any game from this developer in the future.Show lessformer longterm loyal player

A fun game for sure, and highly addictive but all the constant promos are a little annoying. But I guess necessary for them to keep on developing.Skinnyminny38
Use to be a good game
This use to be a good game and enjoyable to play. The reasons I don’t like it any more is: 1 Some screens are too dark to find the hidden objects. The objects are too obscure and too small. Even using the magnifying tool they blend in with the background. 2 While some events are challenging, making them so difficult and extremely hard to get , for example the daffodils, is frustrating and makes the game pointless. Why play if you can’t achieve the goal? I played the scene to level7 and 30% and received 52 of 75 to achieve the award. Both of these complaints are based on the fact to get ahead, a player needed to spend money to achieve their goal. I play for enjoyment not frustration and anger.Show lessLevid07

Along with constant pressure to purchase items that are supposedly on big sale, that are really hardly any different price to normal, the app frequently does not up date. Tried everything suggested and contacted the maker, with no response.
The game is fun to play and puts pressure on the player to find hidden items in the ever growing complexity of the game.
It’s a pleasant change to have an update that allows a few easier levels for a while.
Loads of different locations to explore entirely your own choosing whether to follow the investigation or simply search your favourites. Brilliant idea of a game, even better if the teething issues got sorted.Show lessa mcgovern

I’ve been playing this game for about 2 years, and I’m still not bored of it, as others have said, there is a little bit of pressure to but more, well everything! But I NEVER buy a single item, and I’m still getting full enjoyment out of it, it’s been designed that way, if your in a rush, and can afford it, then go for all the extras, but if like me, I’m not in a rush, cos I’ve got loads of other games to go to when I run out of energy, fun hey ho, Iit is what it is, you don’t HAVE to buy a single thing! I haven’t seen this problem in any of the other reviews I’ve read. I send lots of gifts to friends every day; the issue is is that most of the gifts i receive aren’t available!! It says “no item” although there is clearly something being sent!! Or it’ll say “send item” which I will. All the others I must just delete cuz I can’t get them. On most days, I’ll have more “no item” gifts than one I can actually receive!! I’ve repeatedly sent in a fix request, only to get a form letter; asking for screen shots of issues etc-but I get NO FIX!!! Some of these items are collection items I need. Not only that, but at times 20+ gifts per day I’m unable to receive.
HUGE ISSUE FOR ME.
I’ve played this game for years to keep my mind sharp, and also agree with all the reviews stating the game can get almost impossible-finding items in the time limit on higher levels. The game can also be very $$$$$$$. Graphics & design are beautiful for sure.
Someone needs to address my (and I’m sure other people’s) issue regarding gifts.......QUICKLY.

Good game
I’ve been playing this game for a while and have enjoyed it even though it’s frustrating not being able to find some of the items. Let’s face it if it was to easy it would be boring. I’ve also been buying gems which I stopped doing a long time ago because it’s money out of my pocket for the developers. It’s not like I’m getting gems in the mail but when you want to win levels and have nothing to help you it’s either buy or lose. I would’ve given them the fifth star but I have 2 problems with this game that prevents that. I collected on one of my collections and received 150 energy for it which is great but the problem is when you level up you don’t get to keep that extra 150 because it just goes back to regular energy. My energy level at full is 380. I had over 200 after collecting that 150. So when I level up it should’ve given me 380 plus the amount I had before leveling up. I should’ve had at least close to 625 in energy. I play 2 other games from this company and they do the same thing. I’m spending real money to play your game so you should be fair and properly credit the energy at level up. I can’t remember the other problem but I’ll ad it in laterShow lessCindy8134
