keeps crashing
i just downloaded the app cuz i bought it over the weekend and it keeps crashing! as soon as i opened it too, not worth your money if the mobile app doesn't work >:((Luckysamgun
Crash and burn

FIX THE APP!!!!!!!!!
The idea is wonderful. I was excited to get the camera and utilize the app. Then you "updated" and it fell apart. App crashes on log in.Yankeluh

App doesn't open
Like others have said, the app stops working. Meaning you try to open it and it crashes. Unacceptable. Not sure how they plan to roll out a narrative 2 with the app in this state.Samueltlogan
Crashes to much
Hey Natrative app team this app is good when it works. Biggest flaw is it crashes way to often. I love the product but fear the app, a key tie in, is ruining it for the common customer. Let's get a update to fix it guys. @theamericanxptheamericanxp
Great Product, Defective App
The product has great features, and a nice software interface (if/when it works). After about 24 hrs the app started crashing and no longer opens. Use desktop instead.Brand_jawn
Cool product but buggy software
My first photo upload went smoothly, but it's been nothing but troubleshooting since.CDannen
Keeps crashing!
I love my narrative but this app has had nothing but problems. First my pictures won't show up. I would have to logout then log back in to see them. Also the app would not open. So now several times I have to delete the app and re-download it to get it to work (sort of) for like a day and then go through the above steps all over again.
Please fix this app. Doesn't look good for your product. This is a must fix!Show lessmichael_boylan
I can't see my data since last update either
Ever since the last update the app opens up and then quickly hides and I can't see any of my pictures just like the other person....help!!!heatherebq
