My app was uninstalled when phone was too full and then when I go to reinstall it won’t open. When I turn on what I find is that it never fully uninstalled (it shows a shell of itself on my mobile desktop) and so because it never fully uninstalled I can neither open it or reinstall. Here in App Store I cant install as it still says “open” but then crashes my phone. Again it’s just like a shell of itself when I restart phone - even a cold reset. It’s literally half uninstalled. I really love this app and want to use it daily again. Sadly it’s not allowing me to anymore. Happy to modify this review / rating when this is fixed x

Cool app, can't get filters
The app won't let me buy any of the filters, which is too bad because it's a great looking app. The stock filters are great though.
This App Is A Secret Treasure
Can’t say enough good things about this app. I’m a digital creator so I’m constantly editing video, and Chromic has been my go-to app for video filters for a while now. Don’t bother buying fancy packs from other apps - this app literally has so many genuinely dope filters to choose from, whether you want your work to have that grungy, retro feel or if you want it light and airy and pastel. This is also the only app I’ve been able to find that allows you to rotate video to the degree/angle of your choosing and not just the standard 90°. Five stars.

Purchased filters and it doesn’t work
I just purchased the pack in the app for $4.99 and it said it comes with 54 filters and not one of them has appeared. I even deleted the app and redownloaded it and still has yet to show up. Also, the configuration of the app changed and I can’t even access the free basic filters it came with. On top of that the audio is missing from the video I’m trying to edit. Trash.

Awesome app but what happened to the features I purchased?
I redownloaded the app right now and the features I bought for $1.39 are not there anymore?
overall it’s great, but...
I purchased a filter already, but then when I went to restore it, it loaded for so long, but I didn’t get it. Until now, it’s still loading, but it’s stuck there. I don’t really know what’s wrong because my connection was good. someone help me please, because I wanna purchase all the filters, I’m just unsure if the same thing is gonna happen to it.
