Update Needed
This app was useful, a little slow, but worked. Now it only works on wifi. I have 6 business locations and am interested in getting this system to work again. Then I can purchase new cameras to go with it. It appears that Lorex doesn't care what its customers are saying and asking for. They just want their system to work.

App Needs Help!!
The app worked pretty normally when I first picked up system over a year ago. Now I can't seem to connect outside of a wifi connection that is very strong or while at home. Basically doesn't do much outside of wifi or your home. Like many say this app needs some help to work consistently. Hopefully something will change as I really like the system.

Tech Support is Impossible
I've used this App for 2 years and it worked great. Something recently happened and it no longer works. I have to wait 2 hours on hold each time I call tech support. So far I have spent over 50 hours trying to get this problem fixed. They keep trying to close the ticket and they will NOT fix the problem. The app does NOT work at all. The biggest problem is waiting 2 hours on hold each time I need to talk to tech support. I've left my phone number on their call back service and I NEVER EVER get a call back.

Constant Out of Memory Errors
I use this app to view my cameras at my Cottage. When it works it's great - however everytime I open it I will get an "out of memory" error within 20 secs .... very inconvenient. I wish the company would fix this, this has been happening since I got the cameras and still not fixed....really?
Not reliable
The app is not reliable. The moments I need to view in real time, it freezes, then jumps to real time so I miss transactions. I am extremely upset I have spent over a thousand dollars on this system and it is not reliable. I can't believe they haven't updated this app in almost two years. What kind of company is this?! Take care of your old customers to keep them coming back!! This is my second system with Lorex and my first, cheaper system is better than this one! Currently looking to replace all 16 cameras and they will NOT be Lorex unless they can fix this before I make my decision. Couldn't be more disappointed.

Cannot choose camera
Can someone from LOREX, please fix this bug???
I cannot select camera for me to view it. App reinstalled and still won't work. This app is ridiculous!!!
UPDATE:
Downloaded and installed on different iphone device. Same issue persist. Unable to choose/pick camera (the check mark will not work) in order to view to remote location. Does anyone else having this issue? Thank you!

Works as advertised
I have an LNR360 and the hardware works perfectly with this app. No complaints at all. It would be even better if you could change various settings through the app, like recording schedule or motion detection zones etc. But the app does what it says. I especially like that you can take a picture of what is on your camera onto your phone! Reviewing recorded video is also very smooth (although that may be dependent on your internet speed both at the LNR360 and your phone).

Good system, poor app
The system is great with excellent night time video. The app needs serious works. Takes way too long to connect and view and the relay message is very annoying. I Had cheap fiscal cameras prior to this system that were wireless and they connected instantly, even on 4G.

also stop displaying same message every time i connect from outside/away from the LAN - that i am "on relay connection" and "will disconnect in 10 minutes"
let me decide when i want
to disconnect, also allow me to disable the annoying repeated message, i know when im on relay!!
otherwise good system, Poe, 1080p, both nice and should both be the standard nowadays anyway
would be great if cams had at least 1-way (listen) audio then id keep the system
cost shld ne a bit less and hard drive shld be at least 3 or 4 TB for 1080p not 2TB

Very happy and impressed on how easy it was to set up. Much created to this new program took less time then they claim it would take.
