Terrible app
Just plain doesn’t work. The company isn’t so good either.

App is unusable. You enter the username & password that THEY provide you….doesnt work. Call BPAS Customer service…no help. Don’t waste your time with the app…just use the website….even that is having issues now…(continuous errors where pages don’t even load). The company has gone downhill since starting with them in 2006.

I deleted the app after trying 8 times to log in
Don’t waste your time. This is version 14.0 and still I cannot log in using the same credentials as with my PC.
Same thing as everyone else
Password works on web but doesn’t work on the app and immediately says it’s incorrect which it’s not. I would give 0 stars if I could. Useless app. Go with another company to manage your money, this one just isn’t it.
Doesn’t recognize my information
I put in my account name and password and it tells me login failed even though this is the exact info I use on the computer. Happens every single time. No explanation and no one calls me back. A waste of time.
Easy
I just downloaded app and uploaded my first claim. It recognized my credentials from their website. Easy to take a pic and upload. Also nice bar code scan feature if you aren’t sure if something is eligible.
App won’t even open:
It used to be I’d just deal with the app crashing at random times, but now it won’t even open. Just sits on a white screen.
Worthless app.
Have an online account that I access from web site. Downloaded app. Input user ID and password. Cannot log on via app. WORTHLESS!!
Bpas exemplifies the death of common sense
Put in password from my online account. Doesn’t work. Tried to contact BPAS on their form for phone call back to me. Doesn’t work.
They make it way more difficult and annoying to file claims than is necessary
In general a pain to use. If I had a choice I would use a different service. Avoid if you can.

Works great
I can access my VEBA and my FSA accounts with ease. I can submit my claims with ease and I get a check for reimbursement within a couple weeks. You can see what claims have been paid. If they need more documentation for a claim, you can easily submit a picture.
