Love CHOPT!!
I love CHOPT- great food/menu, healthy , excellent app (easy to order), everything is fresh… I also love that they’ve kept curbside service. This is really helpful for me as I have difficulty walking. Stores that have stopped offering curbside service have lost my business. I’ve been eating a Chopt since before it opened up locations in the suburbs. I frequented the Vienna location often; however it closed down. Soon after they opened a location in fairfax and the manager and crew from Vienna were at the new location. The manager is so sincere and kind every time we see her and Gabriella on the front register is so warm and sweet to me and my kids every time we go. It’s rare to find people who genuinely enjoy speaking and building relationships with their customers. Hi! My boyfriend and I love the app, but we ran into a problem today. To ensure we continue earning rewards, we share an account. When one of us adds what we want to the order, it does translate to the other user’s app which prevents easy use when we’re not together. Hope that can be updated in the future!Show lessAdoresRage
Poor usability and missing features
This app is hard to use on a phone. It relies on minuscule, low contrast text in many places, favoring design over function. It also fails to use any of the built in features of iOS like saving password or Apple Pay for payments. It is functional but I’d rather use a mobile website than this app, which needs an accessibility overhaul.Show lessJindoFox
Good but needs Apple Pay support
There’s currently no way to pay with Apple Pay. Instead, you have to manually type in your credit card information. Can the development team add Apple Pay in a future update?sox4life
No option to save a favorite salad
Surprising that there’s no option to save a favorite salad or the ability to re-order from a past order. You instead have to go through the process of searching, adding and removing ingredients each time you want to make an order.Kajell
Great salads, awful app
I eat salads twice a day, and to be clear Chopt is my favorite, but I'm rating the app. It's incredibly frustrating. If you don't just reorder and edit from there, you need to enter your address and choose a location each time. It's very hard to be certain you're choosing delivery versus pickup. This app is the worst food ordering app existing. They don’t store your address. When you try to reorder from last few orders and think that by clicking on reorder it will put your salad in cart so you can check out, WRONG! The cart is empty and it refuses to put my order in cart n allow me to check out. This is a complete turn off from ordering from chopt. I’ll get my salads from a place where ordering food isn’t complicated & stressful.Show lessGfeugeh
Needs
This app is good but definitely has room for improvement. The curbside feature is this tiny option when you go to pay but it’s so easily missed. Why not allow the option upfront when you go order.
Also I know you allow for customers to buy just your dressing but it’s not featured on your appJulieHM
PLEASE add delivery tracking
Whenever I place an online order for delivery (through the app or the site) as soon as I place the order I have zero visibility into where my order is or when I can expect it. One of my salads arrived over an hour late and to the wrong apartment. I'm sure it's a great app for pickup, but I'd rather just order it through DoorDash or UberEats so that I don't have to guess where my mystery salad is?Show lesskristenarnelle
