Buggy app
App will not allow me to add anything to my order if I choose from past order. Also, cannot add a new credit card. Finally, I created a new order with two of the same items - but I customized one. However, when I go to review my order my customized items do not display. I selected the first salad in the list and it was non-custom. Second salad also non-custom. Delete first salad to start over and now the remaining salad is the custom one. VERY frustrating as I repeated the order 3x and same thing happened. App really needs work.Show lessWickedLester

Not only do I love the salads, I especially love ordering through the app, it is so easy to order and you get a $10 credit applied for every $100 spent, automatically applied. Ive never had any issues with my order when I go to pick up. I will also add that the Greenwhich, CT location is on top of their pick up orders, literally always there for me waiting!! It so awesome, especially for how busy of a location it is. much appreciated! Please add a location in Stamford, CT! :)Show lessKarleigh333

Chopt is our go to place when I don’t feel like cooking! Love the salads - great choices. The app is life changing - place my order and it’s ready and waiting to be picked up!

App is great- restaurant is not
More than half the time when I order on the app- I arrive and the Chopt on 1st Street SE tells me they have no record of my order or they have not even started making it (when I arrive after the pick-up time) It is always a frustrating experience. There are usually more employees than customers in the store- so I don’t know where the disconnect happens. This has happened more than 5X.Show lessjbrApril1
Hate that LevelUp is gone
I love the salads but it was so much better for my family to use level up. For the people who wrote the reviews hating it, you knew what it was when you signed up. Only downloaded this app today to write review.Kellz Rocks 74
App needs streamlining.
Let me start by saying I’m 70 years old and that will answer a lot of peoples measurement of my review. I do use apps frequently to order food because of my inability to get around like I used to. This app is very good in its detail but the detail brings confusion to me. I gave it four stars. It would’ve gotten five except for that one thing.Show less2 Ed
Great app! Easy to use with accurate information listed
The app is very easy to use, allows for location services to find the nearest place. All of the menu information and calorie information is up to date and accurate. Love it!AppRevKel
Bring back cashew Chile dressing!
I eat your salads at least four times a week for dinner, but the cashew Chile dressing was what brought me back for those salads. I haven’t enjoyed a salad as much since you dropped this dressing from your menu choices.

Fantastic place & app works beautifully
My wife and I order from Chopt at least once a week, take out-of-town guests here once in a while, and just love it. The app is the most streamlined and effective payment app I have ever used.Tcwing
Overcharged for Cobb salad
I ordered a Cobb salad and the default was to have the chicken and bacon that comes in the salad unselected. Those two same items were in fact selected in “extras” adding an additional $5 charge for two items that should come on the salad anyway. Since I had a level up credit I did not notice this error until I went to reorder the same salad at a later date. App is useful, just make sure to check there aren’t additional items added to your meal by default. Pretty disappointed.Show lessForhandon
