Never get what I order through the app.
I believe there are some kinks to still work out because I have yet to get my app order correct when picking up at the Brentwood, TN store. Note The management is more than helpful to get the issue corrected each time this happens but it adds to the time I must take on a pickup order.Zuzu77
Always something wrong
I love the fact that my salad is waiting for me but frequently there is something wrong - forgot the bread or the walnut or the dressing - I do not have time to go back to the storekneejame
Please improve UI and order history bug
Overall I like the app and the offering. But please fix the UI to be more intuitive (for example the Chop’t logo as a button really doesn’t make sense) and fix the order history bug. It remembers my order sometimes so I can reorder the same item but after a week or so the order history seems to get cleared making it impossible to reorder. With a customer craft order most of the time this gets really frustrating.Show lessCooperNL
Past orders
Hi- it would be great if your past orders were available regardless of the location you ordered from. For example, I ordered a custom salad to one location and then wanted to place the same order the next day at a different location, but the salad was available to select- I had to start from scratch.Show lesscconese32

LOVE YOU GUYS
I’ve switched my place of employment and dwelling in the past year, but no matter where I go, the Blakney location is the place to beat for the other places in Charlotte. They have the most friendly faces that don’t hesitate to greet and accommodate as soon as I enter. The salads are just plain ol’ satisfying to this salad lover. $5+ for 6 oz of soup!
Food is good but a bit pricey! What is CRAZY is the to-go soups! You get 6oz of soup in the smallest container and it is at least $5.00 . . . . even for the vegetable or lentils soup! CRAZY $$$

Excellent service and delicious meals
This has easily become my favorite spot. Whenever I’m traveling and there isn’t a Chopt available for a quick lunch, I make sure to tell those I’m with that they need to write to Chopt and ask them to come to town. Salads are great but...
I was confused about this app initially. The $150 limit monthly billing is a little credit account. You can order like normal and at the end of the month pay your bill. If it exceeds or reaches $150 within one month, you will be at that time. You can opt to pay as you go, but you’ll have to call LevelUp to have them set that up for you manually. And for the first month, you’ll be charged as you order to ensure that the card can be trusted to pay up. Sort of like a month long credit check. This is to save companies on credit processing fees. It’s less expensive to make one $150 charge than fifteen $10 charges. I dig it.Show lessBuddy14309888
