Emotional Support

I’ve used the app for the past week and have noticed a substantial shift in my world. I have always had trouble identifying my emotions, childhood emotional neglect, and this app was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks to the developer for helping me become more attune with myself.

Beautifully simple app that does exactly what I need

I want to increase my emotional awareness and vocabulary and this is perfect. It simply displays all of the emotions allowing me to see lots at the same time. I find this approach helps me to home in on which ones feel right.
Being able to switch between short and longer lists keeps the display compact while offering the chance to work with the nuances of emotion if you choose.
I also think it’s genius to have included the possibility to record physical factors at the same time. I feel I am able to capture a complete and rounded view of where I am.
Thank you so much!!

Great!

I have a personality disorder and multiple mental and physical afflictions, I know app I’ve used before has actually led me to more insight about how i’m functioning realistically than this one. I started noticing patterns and was able to try to correct myself consciously. The only thing that gets me down about this app, it’s just the small number of emotions. So please please please please please add more emotions and feelings as options!

Good but needs a feature to add your own emotions

I like the app

Most Useful Mood Log App

I love using this app to log my mood.

I would like to suggest some additions.

1 - ICloud support, I would love to see support for iCloud sync. This would be soo handy, because I log my moods on my phone and I would also like to do it on my iPad. I’m visually impaired so it’s sometimes hard to see the on screen keyboard. I’m starting to use notes to wright down my mood log using a keyboard and an IPad Pro 12.9 2018. then go into notes on my phone and copy and paste my note to mood log. It would be so much easier to type directly onto mood log and it update on my phone.

2. Notes beside mood range. What I am meaning by this is that I would like to see next to where you slide the bars the number range with a quote like for example with the Sleep category, 10 for well awake or for like -10 very sleepy.

3. Larger text sizes, like I said before I’m VIP so looking what I wrote on the log is hard to see, especially on my phone. It would be really helpful if you could change the text size.

4. Mood Vlog, some days I’m not feeling like writing down what I’m feeling. I would love to see a mood vlog option where I can voice record my mood. This is especially handy when you go to bed. At the moment I record myself and tell my mood but that takes up storage.

5 - Online cloud. This would be great for mood vlogs so instead of it storing in your phone or iPad you can store it on a cloud. Maybe iCloud or a server or google drive or something like that.

6. More reminders to log your mood. Can you please add this I only can set about 6 notifications but I would like to make more or set unlimited ones.can you please add this.

7. iPad compatibility, I would like to see mood log in a full iPad experience not just like when you use iPhone apps on your iPad. Please add this too.

Please consider these additions. It would really help with my experience with mood log.

Thanks, God bless.

Response from developer

Thanks so much for your constructive feedback! iPad support is planned soon, and I will also see about making the text size adjustable. Will look in to your other suggestions as well. Feel free to send feedback directly to support@voyageropen.com ~Barry Update: Version 2.0 now supports the iPad, and I’ve made some of the fonts adjust size based on system font settings

Does what I need

Simple easy and clear to use

Needs better set of emotions

This app is exactly what I’ve been looking for, however the list of possible emotions to select from could stand to be improved. There are WAY too many synonyms (Joyful, blissful, ecstatic, euphoric, enthralled,…) and feelings like “stressed” and “overwhelmed” are missing.

So elegant!

There’s a lot of ways a program that logs mood can go wrong. This app gets it right. I particularly like the mood selection screen. I love the consistency between text and illustration.

Good App

I wish the app was password protected.

Response from developer

Check out version 2.0, which now has a privacy screen to hide the contents of Mood-Log until you type a 4-digit code.

Changed my life

In the middle of my divorce, needed to refocus and pay attention to my moods. Tried so many other apps, nothing worked as well as this one. I actually trained myself to feel more joy because of this app. Be sure to jot down what you’re grateful for, what you anticipate. I did this twice a day for 2 weeks and bingo the clouds parted.
