I have had this app sense it came out. I can no longer access my account I have emailed support at lease 10 times trying to
Figure out what’s going on not on reply so I made a new account and tired getting them to add my old points to my new account cause the new account it totally different then when it first came out and still no reply I have had a several friends down load the app cause I thought it was a great was to earn extra money..... and those of you who use this app know how long it takes to get 5000 points and to start over for no reason and not get a single reply..... I feel like I wasted the last 6 months saving and taking pictures of my receipts.... I’m very disappointed cause I would use these gift cards to help buy Christmas gifts and would save all year long..... so just a warning to any one who has downloaded this app over 3 years agoShow lesseric leuci
Second-rate app!
The idea of this app is cool and everything, especially with accepting e-receipts which similar apps I use don’t do. However, it won’t connect my email which makes all of the points useless because you can’t redeem them without connecting your email! I have tried countless times, and even updated the app but it gives me the same message every time saying I need to review my entry! I’ve already reviewed my entry, everything checks out and I enter the correct password for my email and it just won’t work. So in conclusion, save yourself the frustration and check out Receipt Hog or Coinout instead, they pay you for pictures of receipts too but won’t give you a hard time!Show lessTruthTortoise3000

I enjoy your app. I did get customer service when I had a problem. Now you tell us what dates are valid and I like that. What is difficult is that you allow receipts to be scanned late on Sunday, you then verify them late on Monday and you can only send a new receipt or fix the problem on Tuesday or loose the 100 points of that group. You actually have one day to make a correction. I also noticed that cvs gift cards are gone but appreciate any of them offered. Thanks anyways for all.
