Needs to be fixed
I used to order through the app all the time but now all of a sudden I’ve noticed at least the last couple of months anytime I try to place an order or use one of my rewards I put apply reward or checkout and it just says error validating basket I sent in a complaint through the app for customer service and they said if I have any more issues to call them but really how is calling them going to help fix my issue it’s an app problem..Show lessAlicek0516
Total runaround
Try clicking on the “tell us about your visit feature” see what happens. It just brings you right back to loading the app. Maybe they hope that the consumer will get tired from doing that enough that they will forget the complaint completely.

I love pretzels, don’t get me wrong. However, when I am offered on at the top of a rollercoaster I will not take it. I’ve learned my lesson. Next time you want to blame me for my projectile vomiting look at the cause instead. Maybe don’t pass out pretzels of rollercoasters, just food for thought. Wanted to scan my barcode at Auntie Anne’s and they told me I couldn’t use it in a rude way. When it says you can use it and I have to scan the receipt. When I order my pretzel, I’ve been doing it for a while and they always telling me the barcode scanner is not working so take your receipt and do it so when I try to scan it through my phone, it doesn’t work but when I enter it manually it works. The app is convenient and the pretzels are great, but there always seems to be an issue like an airport location doesn’t take discounts or a mall location only offers one size (not the perks rewards size). The staff usually offer a work around, but it’s always a hassle.KRA2615
Great sales lady
Every other morning I walk around the mall for recreation, every morning the manager greets me with friendly smile and tries her best to get me to cheat on my diet with a sample. She finally broke me down with those cinnamon nuggets, they where definitely worth the calories.Chester777c

Melissa went out of her way to be kind and professional in serving me this afternoon. We chatted about the old stamp cards and told her I still have my old ones. She told me that Auntie Ann’s still does points, but on the app which I did not know. Now I can get points the modern way.pnieme
