App is terrible and the company are awful. Treat their customers like dirt when you have to call up. Just call another taxi company. Any other. even if you have to wait hours.
No chance to comment
The app works ok in that you can book and track but there is no way to give feedback on the driver. We just had one whose mask didn't cover his nose and who didn't seem to know the area or have a satnav. I had to guide him all the way and the lack of mask discipline is not acceptable in our area area at this time.
