Best video editor
It’s simple, there is no better video editor than VivaVideo. I have used this almost 2 years. I have a subscription for pretty much every top rated video editor for the last 2 or 3 years. In that time VivaVideo has just got better and better, easier to use and better maintained. The new smooth slow motion feature is amazing along with freeze motion. VivaVideo transitions are a lot better than other video editors, and they also have a big range of filters.
The template section is awesome for anyone that wants to create easy and effective TikTok videos or Instagram reels. A few other video editors have the same thing, but VivaVideo templates and just a lot easier to work with!
Don’t bother reading pointless reviews of anyone saying this video editor is a scam, or the subscription is to expensive. Frankly I am sick of reading such pointless reviews, and fake reviews on other video editors. All video editors are around the same price and I have never been scammed by any of them.
If I could point out anything or request anything in VivaVideo, it would have to be rain, water and fire effects. Sometimes I have to go through 2 other apps before coming back to VivaVideo to finish my work.

recent changes are awful
I’ve used the pro version of this app religiously every single day for years. Why on earth would you decide to remove the fast forward jump to the next video clip in favor of adding in a frame by frame movement instead?? 🤦🏻♀️ For people like myself who have multiple clips in one project, the amount of extra time that it now takes to make one edited video is INSANE. I have to swipe and swipe and swipe and then swipe back because I skipped it, and then forward cause it’s the wrong one, etc… it’s ridiculous. That feature was critical for multiple media in one project and cut time down substantially by being able to just hit the forward arrow and go right to the beginning of the next file. PLEASE consider bringing that back or I and many others will end up leaving from the lack of ease that we once had with this.Show lessjess_808

Hello and sorry!In order to facilitate you to precisely adjust the picture of each frame,the current camera switching function of the editing page is adjusted to move forward/backward by clicking one frame. If you want to move the camera forward/backward, you can do it by long pressing the left and right arrows. We optimize and improve the product.Eeyeful cart problem with charging fee over again
I have a problem with Eeyeful cart, keeps charging me a license fee for the same clip every time I export, at this stage somebody owes me a refund which I will be chasing up, can somebody give me a contact email for this to seek my refundmarkwooly

I used this for years on a VIP yearly on my Samsung phone, but I put down the lag/constant slow videos down to the fact that Samsung is not the best type of phone. Samsung phones have always been fairly slow, even when you have a good 60% of free space.
I now have an iPhone which I regularly free up space by putting photos and videos onto my computer. Currently, I have nearly 60gb of space left on my IPhone. I decided to go ahead and buy a lifetime VIP package (i love video editing and Viva video is extremely good). The reason I have only given 3 stars is because the lag is STILL an issue on IPhone.
I’m actually very disappointed because my IPhone is full of space, is regularly cleaned and maintained well to ensue it works at full capacity. It’s very hard to edit a video when in the editor it freezes and doesn’t play things smoothly. This is not an issue with my phone, it’s an issue with the app that has existed for years.
Viva video is an amazing app that I would recommend and it brilliant for professional video edits. But this issue really needs sorting because you can’t make good quality videos when you can’t playback smoothly.Show lessHayley217

This app is so bad with update. I wasted my time and so many uploaded video to vivavideoapp and honestly they do nothing. All they do is sent you email to ‘delete VivaVideo and try restore it’ BUT IT WILL LOSE ALL YOUR UNSAVE EDIT. Off course like my other videos all gone had to start to square one. Dont use this app. Now new update want you to pay more OFCOURSE!
And Please Dont bother putting ‘review’ on your app. Waste of time too. NEVER public all reviews. I will blog this instead.Show lessExp.122

I was quite happy when editing some short videos until I try long video and it totally makes me disappointed. It took ages to import a video that less than an hour. It’s said been imported this app.HoangVoNZ

I love viva video! It is so simple to use and you can really make a great video using it. I especially love how it exports as MP4 instead of MOV! Would love to see:
1. BRING BACK ROTATE ALL / APPLY TO ALL when rotating a clip. I import multiple clips and it changes the rotation. If I change the canvas and rotate it how i want it, there is no option to rotate all the clips the same. Instead I’d have to do it one by one which; if there’s 35 clips that takes WAY too long!!! Please bring that back.
2. Make it so we can change the LENGTH of the transition. If I use cross fade, it cuts off the sound from the first clip wayyyy too early. I can never use cross fade if there’s spoken word for the last 5 seconds of the video. Even if it’s silent between the cut, it will start crossfading too early and you can’t change the length of the cross fade. On videoshop you can change the length of the transition and I love that.
3. ADD AN ADJUSTABLE SMOOTHING SKIN FILTER!!! Sometimes I don’t want to change the color or anything, sometimes all I want to do is smooth out my skin a little bit / make it more consistent. If you add an adjustable smoothing skin effect… this will be the PERFECT app.
Just please don’t ever change that it exports to MP4 even if you’re importing as .MOV! That’s my favorite thing about this app!

No Cropping!
I’m pretty upset about this app! You use to be able to crop your video to make a certain section bigger. It says ‘zoom’ but the button doesn’t work and doesn’t do anything. I would of given this app 5 stars if it wasn’t for that. It use to work great before they updated it.

Hello, I am very sorry for the inconvenience. If you want to enlarge a certain part of the video. After importing the video, enter the ratio function page, click on the video, and drag with two fingers to zoom in.Amazing but I have 2 issues with it
1) Can’t use the app in a landscape mode, which is difficult especially when trying to edit on the go.
2) Would also be great if I could edit a few videos in one go, but download the videos separately, so I would be able to use the individual videos on a carousel format on Instagram.
Otherwise I am loving the app. Have a yearly subscription ongoing, so would be great if these 2 features could be done.Show less4n1k0
