Not good
I’ve been using Viva Video for quite a while now and even paid for the VIP yearly membership for extra features and the likes. But for the past so many months the app has not been updating any new features and has been constantly crashing. Not sure why this is happening because it was working perfectly fine before it actually stopped uploading and working like it previously did. I have updated the app when it requires updating but still I’m experiencing problems. My VIP membership is not cheap either so I’m not really happy about it not updating my VIP membership features.Show lessAlexia Smasher

Hello! The situation is generally caused by insufficient memory on your phone. Please clean the memory in time and save the video in the editing process to avoid editing for too long. This is an amazing app that I have been using for almost 2 years now. The features are amazing, I would definitely recommend it to people who are wanting to film clips and videos professionally. The only fault to this application is simply that you have to pay to export (save the video) to your camera roll. In addition, you cannot even transfer it via USB!?! How are users supposed to save or upload their videos? You have to pay to do so, which I believe is utterly ridiculous. At least “iMovie” allows you to complete this action. As a 13 year old, I love making videos, but cannot even save them. On the whole, this app is very good and I do recommend it to users.

Make it possible to add advanced speed effects to videos
Hey, I use VivaVideo to edit my videos but a question and problems. 1. Could we make it possible to add advanced speed effects to videos? 2. It crashes the app when I buy something. For example, I asked my dad to buy the subscription and he said yes and it crashes the app. I don’t like when it crashes the app, but it could be because he tried to buy it and abruptly crashed the app. 3. When I add music and videos, they don’t save at all. Maybe I am a little nit picky about this but when this app shuts down, it shut down every quarter of a sec. 4. Always crashes when I try to open it. 5. There needs to be animated text, music and photos. 6. There should be an option to add sounds to videos. 7. There should be an option for u to crop a video. 8. There should be an option to trim videos. 9. There need to be an option to add animated text to videos. 10. There ned to be an option to split a video. 11. There should be an option to increase or decrease intensity and contrast.

Pathetic customer service , downright cheating !!
App is good but the customer care is pathetic. My son accidentally enrolled to the trial feature and eventually i forgot to cancel . After 3 days suddenly i was seeing they charged me $40 .Sadly when i got aware of the fact it was too late and the money was already charged by them . I immediately cancelled the subscription within a day of billing . I contacted them the same day to report the issue but they are denying to return the money back. It is a very cheap way to gain profit.
P.s - did i forget to tell you that once the trial ends, the subsciption gets automatically renewed for $40/year, not just a month.

Great but glitches
There are a few glitches, some more irritating than others.
A small glitch is the occasional crashing of the app, this only happens occasionally for me but when it does it tends to happen multiple times. Another glitch that’s more of a problem is microphone audio from screen recordings not transferring onto the app despite being in the original video, this occurs rarely but is extremely difficult to work around. Otherwise the software’s great and the subscription is reasonably priced.Show lessJJ Krohn

Can you please add the “post video” thing back? A few years ago there was a way to post the videos like... Social media! Can you add that back in? I miss it, And it would mean the world if you could add it back in? If not, Then why did you get rid of it? I would love to know why! Thanks!

Dear creators of Viva Video and others reading for advice,
Viva Video is very cool with a lot of cool things to do on it, my only concern is that it’s quite laggy. I’m not sure if it’s the app or my wifi although my wifi only drops out like, once or twice a year, it’s pretty good.
Also, not to complain on and on about this because it’s actually really cool if you ignore the glitches or not get too impatient, not having VIP makes it WAY easier to edit but it’s very expensive. Now, I’m not saying delete VIP, just maybe, lower down the price 😉Show lessChannelzero Mikey
Not happy!
There are a lot of features I like about VivaVideo inc the transitions and music available, however there are more features that are awful. When you try to open & edit one of your creations it takes minutes to download the content & open. Also some of the clips in the movie are fine one day but really glitchy the next & I have to delete, find the clip again & re-upload. Also sometimes when I increase the speed of the clip the video jumps forward instead of playing faster smoothly. I wish I’d known about these issues before I paid for the full year 😏Show lessJulsjjz

Dont do their free trials, it’s a scam even if you cancel before
I’m really annoyed and frustrated that Your service billed me for a yearly subscription, even after I canceled the automatic renewal on the same day I started the free trial! I want a full refund because you did not have any permission to take money out of my account without my authorization. I haven’t even signed up for VivaVideo, yet somehow I’m now a vip member. To make matters worse, the vip benefits aren’t even accessible to me because I’m not logged in but I never made an account with you guys in the first place. When pressing restore purchases it still asks me to pay for a subscription! This app seems to be bogus and I want my refund immediately because this is scamming usersShow lessshawty2flyy
