Nothing seems to be working?
I have had issues with the app and as well as not being able to use the VIP features I have purchased, it won’t let me write a feedback to get the issue fixed so I am able to continue with the work I have already made. This is the issue below:
“I have purchased the three-day free trial and I am currently supposed to have access to the VIP features although it won’t let me save the video to my gallery as final, only to my drafts. I have trimmed a 27 minute video into 16 minutes and it will not let me go ahead and save, although I have tried various options; I have tried to turn off the app and on again, I have also tried to repurchase the VIP features. It will also not allow me to insert relevant screenshots as it appears to be a ‘Network Error’.”

I spent two hours making a video on this app of our family vacation. I tried to save it and it won’t let me without becoming a vip. So I do... because I’ve already spent two hours I’m not giving up now. The subscription isn’t working. FAQs tell me to delete and redownload the app. My video was in drafts three other times when I opened the app. After deleting the app and redownloading my video was gone. I’m fuming. The recent update
Before the app was updated two months ago I loved it and had no problems with it, but then the app got updated and one of the best features which you cant find in other editing apps got removed. Now after you start editing or close the app you can’t go back to continue filming. This was one of the best features in the app and it’s a shame it got removed. I had this app for a long time and I originally downloaded it for this feature. I was very frustrated when i found out that it was removed. Please try to bring back this feature because I also think that a lot of people agree with me after reading the reviews. otherwise the app is very good and has a lot of features to use.Show lessHala001
Not a favourite.
I was making a video and left the app to edit a photo, when I came back to the app the video I had been working on was gone. Very disappointing and definitely not as good as iMovie. Also it the app really wants you to become a VIP and is constantly getting in you face about things you can’t use if you aren’t a VIP.Show lessanoyed person 😤
Great app til the new update
My stars would’ve been a 5, the app just before the two new updates was really easy and fun to use. With the new update I can not add texts properly. I’ve tried for 10 times now and it has crashed all times. It’s really bothering me and has delayed a lot of my work. I also can’t add the old filters because there are now new filters that are actually worse. Sorry guys, not happy with this new update. I ALSO CANT ADJUST THE VOLUME FOR ALL MY VIDEOS.. IT NEEDS TO BE DONE ONE BY ONE. I’m really confused as to why the update is 1000x worse than how it used to be. It’s really disappointing.Show lesseli celestial
Amazing but VIP membership has problems!
I love this app and its my go-to app, but the latest update makes it soooo difficult to use, especiall choosing effects for certain part of the clips. Also, Im subscribed to the VIP membership but for some reason it doesnt allow me to use the VIP features regardless of me trying to restore and subscribe again. Great Till The New Update
This was a amazing app till the new update...I loved making video's and using all of the effects, but since the new update, I have found it annoying to put the text in and trying to put in FX effects took a long time because of how you now have to change the time limit on your effects/text. Maybe I didn't know and there is a way to make it quicker and easier, but this app isn't for me anymore. I'm not being rude, but because I can't make videos as easy as it was before, I will hopefully find a app that was as good as this one.Show lessRaven Sparkle
Favorite editing app JUST PLEASE MAKE SOME CHANGES!
I love using this app for editing and ever since the new update it looks very organized that’s what I love about viva video... BUT since the new update I cannot edit my clips like how I was able to before I mainly used the app to apply clip edits throughout the videos and they have transferred them into the filter area therefore I only can use one throughout the entire video ☹️. I would love if I could use the added “filter edits” more than once through the video like how I was able before, but ever since The update I have no use for the app anymore.Show lessWh0IsDarius
New Format/Update Ruined Effects!!!
It was a 5 star app before this new update. Everything’s changed. I can no longer drag on the bottom on how long I want an effect to last I have to split the clip individually into smaller clips to time the effect. And I don’t mean effects anymore because now they’re classified as “filters”. The “filters” I’m referencing are the ones such as Dizzy,quake, endless, etc. It makes timing beat drops with effects wayyy harder!! I don’t like the new layout it looks too close to imovie it was simpler to just have individual clips numbered. Plus there’s a little lag in the clips when you press play sometimes. I’m a VIP member and I really loved this app for the last 3 years but now it’s like I don’t even recognize it :(. If there was a way to go back to the old layout that would be amazing! One thing I do like is being able to edit individual clip volume that is a REALLY nice feature. Anyways as I was saying please please try and help me!Show lessyungmetromarco

Hello！Our technicians have fixed some potential problems with the new version and suggest that you update the system. After the update, you can scale the timeline with both fingers, and then split and delete to achieve fine clipping to the frame.Please feel free to let us know via VivaVideo App (Click Settings-feedback) and attach screenshots.
