Never able to sign into account
Why is this app always not working! Can never sign in to see balance..one day it works..one day it doesn't

I would like to be able to see a years worth of payments to individual contacts.
Love the service
I love MSB! However, we live more south and its a hike to get to a branch location. Ive gone through 4 debit cards and the 4th still doesn't work to take money out so i gave up trying. There alot of issues with the app when. I use it. The plus’s are i get $10 a month to have their account + all charges refunded. Also there is no monthly charge. These are the reasons I keep the account.

Not able to access everything
The old app was easier to navigate.
Currently not working with fingerprint sensor
IOS 12.2 on iPhone 7 Plus and the app starts then crashes after a few seconds after confirming fingerprint.
Avoided fraud on my accounts! Best Bank Ever!
I’ve been with MSB for 22 years and have been extremely satisfied with the bank, service, and employees! With my previous banks, they simply behaved like a business without showing care for customers; not so with MSB! They are thorough, taking time to learn each customer’s name and needs. I had a paid enrollment in a credit tracking program that was a useless waste of money! I had two very serious attempts to steal money from my accounts. The credit tracking company never caught the 1st one and notified me about the 2nd one a full TWO WEEKS after MSB notified me. MSB called me about BOTH problems within hours of the attempts and worked diligently to sort out the problems so I didn’t lose any money. I cannot say enough about how wonderful I think MSB is! You will not be disappointed!

Makes my life so much easier I can track my statements and make transfers right on my couch or on the go
Lies
States that there is mobile deposit but it is no where to be found. Also limited things to do on app. Unimpressed.
Bill Pay has never worked
It's an ok app for checking your balance but the bill pay area doesn't work. Never has. I bank at other financial institutions and their apps are much more superior to this. I am seriously considering moving my funds for the convenience of being able to pay my bills with my smart phone.
