Missing features
This is the 2nd time this has happened to me in the last 6 months. My account is locked. Probably due to a purchase perceived as fraudulent. It’s Christmas time and I am purchasing gifts. My husband and I also got gas at the same time so I am wondering if it thinks 2 gas purchases was fraudulent. Either way this app/bank should have the ability to send a notification to the user asking if the purchase is okay. Bank of America has this option and you can approve the purchase. Also this app has a notification section. Please use it to send notifications. So we are 10 days out from Christmas and have zero ability to access our money. Ridiculous.

Doesn’t load sometimes...
Very useful when I can load into my account. Around 20-30% of the time, I get a message about some error or another (today it was server error) that prevents me from loading into my account. This lasts for either the entire day or a healthy chunk of time (few hours). It’s pretty surprising that something like this isn’t fixed yet.

Okay, WHEN it decides to work...
The app has always been great in the past. For the past few months, about 70% of the time I get an error message saying unable to log in and can’t log into my account from the app.
