  • Challenging brain teasers

I have only been playing a short time but I really enjoy working on these puzzles! This app creator has produced a game that requires thought without frustration. It is relaxing yet challenging. I only suggest that the colors for the tiles are just a shade too subtle for older eyesight.
  • Finally

A word puzzler where there are no time limits, no competing against friends or unknowns, and a challenge for the brain can be found in this app. I’ll be purchasing the full app as I know I’ll keep playing until I run out, and I want all those future packs! Thanks for all the hard work you put in this creation, Dev. One happy customer here!

  • Remove locks on switched letters

This is a really fun game with plenty to do, even just in the free segments. It just seems unnecessary that there’s only one “undo” per level. Just makes it so you have to redo the whole puzzle if you make a mistake. I can’t figure out the purpose of not allowing us to switch letters around as much as we want without having to restart the level, other than to make us watch another ad each time we have to go back to the menu. I understand that it’d be tricky with the letters on the crosses, but surely there’s an elegant way around that.

  • Pretty Great

I really enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this game. It is easy to comprehend the mechanics and I love how I can pick it up and instantly jump back into a puzzle. The animations are subtle yet smooth.

The ads do pull you out of the peacefulness. I would just pay to remove them, but for me the cost to unlock more levels isn’t worth the investment, even considering I like the game.

Also, as a developer myself I do understand the time and work that goes into releasing an app. This one is truly unique and well executed.

  • Very addictive

I wish there was a way to save at certain stages of a puzzle because it can be very frustrating at times to start over. But it's still very addictive and challenging. Adding - the puzzles don’t always fit on the screen. The ads have gotten more annoying and frequent.
  • Fun game, poor monetization

The game itself is pretty clever and fun. The UI/UX are solid. But the monetization structure was enough to get me to uninstall. The ads are way too frequent and intrusive unless you pay $2 to remove them but even then, there are only 96 puzzles and then you pay another $2 to unlock another 96. Or pay $20 for everything which IMO is way too much for for a simple word game to play for a few minutes on the crapper. If it were $5 _maybe_ $10 for everything I'd consider it but $20? I could buy 2 or 3 better games for that price.

  • Needs some tweaks

Love the concept and the execution. But....
After paying the full price I should be able to skip levels. As it is, if I don’t know the esoteric names for varieties of apples, I have to press the hint button 50 times to advance to the next level which is....you guessed it...more apples.
This gets annoying very quickly. I paid the $14 dollars so at least let me pick the subtopics I will enjoy.

  • Ignore the naysayers, hidden gem amongst this genre

I think the game is great. And absolutely worth checking out if you’re in the mood for a relaxing game on a quick break or to wind down. I look forward to playing more and will likely buy packs as it’s been very satisfying thus far!

To the dev, don’t worry about people complaining in reviews. All sadly part of our internet culture. No one thinks that a real person reading them is being affected. Many hide behind a screen and make hyperbolic statements. In a way, all feedback is good feedback as it will help you continue to improve (even if not shared in the most constructive manner.) great game. Thanks for sharing it with the world!

    Developer Response

Thank you! Appreciated more than I can express ;)
  • Really Like

Bring back the ability for puzzle rotation when in portrait mode. I love this game. I'm finding it a good challenge so far. It would be great if "saving" the status of a puzzle you are working on were added as sometimes you have to leave in mid-works but upon return you are forced to start over.
  • A good concept marred by incompetent execution

The game is riddled with bugs. The most annoying is that it regularly becomes unresponsive so you can't select letters and have to restart. In addition, it does not track state: if you put the game down for a few hours and come back to it, the level is reset.

The default color scheme is also nearly unreadable - extremely difficult to see the difference between locked and movable letters. At minimum, needs a night mode that doesn't require an extra purchase.

Were it not for these bugs and shortcomings, I'd buy a bunch of the packs. As it is, I won't be spending my money on this.
