I’m in my 30s and I know for sure I have low T. It’s nice to see that app’s built around healthy habits for men that legitimately increase testosterone naturally. It’s got a cool reset journaling feature too. Definitely recommend this if you’re not happy with your life right now. You can tell the app’s thoughtfully built. It’s not just another habit tracker app. Go start your reset if you’re reading this!

I’ve seen one of the most accurate and well structured questionnaires in an onboarding flow. The design and overall user experience are also excellent.
