App doesn’t work
Waste of money
Compared to the Halloween one this is a pile of pants!
This app should be free!
Needs update to sync with Apple Music, who downloads to iTunes in 2020?
Music does not work
The sounds and the background tones are fun for 5 min. But eventually you’ll want to be able to play a song from apple music with the lights. It states that the app is capable of doing this however this is 99% false. You can occasionally find one song amongst the millions that will play through the app with the lights. However this is purely random and has nothing to do with whether the music is downloaded to your phone or not. Not worth any money. It should be a free app.

Awsome Christmas app
This is brilliant, loads of different songs carols fireworks, Syncs really well, only have a few lights but will be amazing with allot of lights in the same room or inside or outside Collection of lights

Great app but could be so much more
I’ve had this app for about 19 months brought in a pack with the fire works, Halloween, football etc I have also brought the thunder app as well.
They all work really well and no functional issues
So why 3 stars? The apps really need to have more additional buttons added. Unfortunately the app developer is determined to add new apps rather than upgrade what they have, for my money I would rather have 1 app with in app purchases to add different sections, Christmas scenes, Christmas music, fireworks, Halloween, football, disco, from here you could create a favourite folder of all the best effects you want to use.
Another lacking area is the ability to set a timer to program effects or bring a chain of them together.
If they were to do this then I think this could go from a novelty app to an essential for every hue owner.

Struggles to control all lights and poor Bluetooth control
I have 12 hue spots in the kitchen and the app cannot control all of them. Often there are several that don’t connect and remain in the white state. If I isolate 4 lights only 3 change colour. With audio running via Bluetooth to Bose soundlink there is a lot of buffering to the point of it being useless. We have top rated WiFi at home so I don’t think that’s an issue and the buffering doesn’t change if device is next to speaker. I wish I hadn’t bought it.
