It seems to do what it is supposed to.
Unfortunately it defaults to USA after updating. I don’t live there I’ll probably never go there so it’s of no use to me.
I want it to default to my country, wherever that may be or wherever I happen to be in the world.

iPhone cover has been better.
Reasonably consistent performance over the past two years over most platforms. Keeps dropping out on IOS when constant coverage selected. Need to check every day for updates or re starts. Constant forced updates required as always resets to USA and showing it connected to London USA until daily manual update. On PC same process presents correctly.
These incorrect identified country / server location undermines confidence in the product, especially as this glitch has been incorrect for months.

Amazing!!!
I needed to find a VPN to transfer money out of account that had decided to lock out the Western world from using their site. I did my research, and while trying several at the same time found an article about using two at the same time, which led me to IPVanish as a single efficient resource for web browsing security. Straight out of the gate I was blown away. The efficiency, the consistency, and even the layout have made this one of the best app purchases I have made in a long time.

Doesn’t work for nflix or amzn
Netflix and Amazon know when you use this product. Only reason I signed up and it doesn’t work.

Servers always down
I have been trying to get a connection whilst away from my home and all i get is the same message of ‘cant access it sever’ I have tried on a few occasions to get admin/support to deal, but currently still no joy I was hoping this app would resolve having to access unsecure wifi, but feel i should have tried another service. Support tends to send you links that aren’t connected with your issue and then asks for feedback on how good their support has been, i do feel that they should maybe fix the issue the paying customer sends in, rather than keep asking for feedback etc

I just love you and your app.
I had Kaspersky paid for two years and was always going on their site to ask them to turn on VPN and I would have a answer right away telling me to get the paid one. I got them because I had them about three years ago to protect my computer and they did great. They are not the only company who are taking people’s money and not providing them with premium protection. Keep up the good work and I have passed on the good news to many other people and they are just as happy.

DO NOT PURCHASE - Scam
Inot even the single app working on my iPhone. Hotstar, Amazon prime, MX player, Netflix not working at all, this app will tell you to disconnect your VPN service to use the app. And other apps like Facebook, Instagram, browser, whole your phone will run like a turtle 🐢. I have connected to the customer service, they don't have a resolution and instead of giving a refund they asking me to subscribe to another app called Strong DNS for $50 annually. This is a scam. Do not buy.

Lifesaver
My phone (Apple ID) was breached through my Gmail account and my Paypal and bank were compromised along other personal sensitive information. I’m relieved for this app. I can use my phone and banking app without fear of someone breaching again. It’s also super fast and efficient unlike other services where you have slower internet or “lagging “ on your device and also myself and my husband are protected for one low monthly fee which for $10 protecting my hard earned money and peace of mind are priceless...

Very good VPN
I getting tired of IPVanish disconnecting from my phone . I’ll be choosing a new VPN soon. I’m not going to pay for something that doesn’t work properly,,, would you ? Example you buy a new car that only starts once in awhile or you get it started and it quits running. Do you keep that car and hope for the best or dump it and buy a different car ? You’ll buy a different car because the one you had had serious issues and the company who built it wouldn’t correct those issues.

Not fire cube friendly

*I have been contacted by IPVanish and have been given a trial of their StrongVPN, which seems to be working. I have left the title for others who may have a fire cube.*
I’ve had IPVanish for about 8 months. I paid upfront for a year. All was going well until I got a fire cube. The cube seems to block the sound when I activate IPVanish. I contacted support and they have confirmed this is the case. This VPN is now useless and as I have had it for more than 30 days I cannot get a retrospective refund for the months I have not used.
