Something has changed...
I love this app it’s definitely one of my favourites but there is a slight issue. Recently, I have been unable to layer or blend the makeup without it looking streaky and green. I really hope you can tell me what is going on or how it can be fixed ?? Thank you 😊

I’ve put a lot of time and energy into this app over many years for it to become what it is today, so it’s nice to see it appreciated for what it is. Come on! Where’s the undo button?
How does a developer not update an app in an entire year?! Listen to your customers! The app is awesome for planning out look but is severely undeveloped. PLEASE ADD AN UNDO BUTTON AND CREATE A CLOUD THAT SAVES LOOKS ACROSS DEVICES! That’s all we’re asking for!!!

I wish there was an undo button and an option to blend. also changing the intensity is a bit clunky, a scroller bar would be better.

Can’t complain about anything on this app. Yes, you have to buy stuff, but the amount of brushes and makeup choices make it worth it. Even if you don’t find your particular brand, you’ll find a dupe in here for it to give you an idea. I’m not an MUA, just a casual user who uses this to match my makeup to my outfits (saves panicking in the morning and I have an idea of what I want to do with that day’s outfit to match it, even just laying out colours) - I’ve also already seen some colours in the collections I want to buy next. The brushes take a bit of getting used to with the opacity, tilt, etc. (they all work differently, like real ones do), but I was able to start on a basic look within about ten minutes after practicing a bit.
No complaints but obviously I’d just like to see more brands and colours and other stuff, maybe? Anastasia and Too Faced would be amazing. Keep up the good work!

No free content
There’s a surprising lack of free content. Most of it is foundation or concealer, which is a little silly and not something people can play with much. If I download the app for free, I expect to pay for upgrades. I also expect to have enough free content in the app to know if I want to pay or not. In this case there is none. You either purchase upgrades or you can use the app for a small handful of looks, most of which can’t be done on the eyes at all, so there’s no way to play around and see if you like the program without spending some money. Disappointing.

I was hoping that the new update would fix the problem I’ve been having where the large powder brushes are streaky on low opacity. Unfortunately the issue is still there.
Until it is resolved I can’t give this app a good rating OR use it professionally.
Very disappointed.

The developers response seems to assume that I was giving a one star rating and also saying that I use it all the time etc. This is not the case. When I was able to use it, I gave it a good rating. Now it glitches and can of be used professionally and I have switched to procrete. Fix the issues and the rating will reflect that.

I use this professionally all the time and would be lost without it.
I know people have had a hard time with it being glitchy but I've never had a problem (and am wary of ever updating it now.)
It lets me work wherever I am and I don't need to start a new face chart if I make a mistake or want to try something different. Which gives me the creative freedom to try different thingsf and come up wit ideas I might not have had otherwise.
It's not without flaws...
There is definitely a steep learning curve - but if you play around with it for a few days you will pick it up.
The colours aren't 100% true to life - just something to keep in mind.
I do wish the lashes fit better - some irl huge lashes look quite small.
But I still love it overall. I'm willing to overlook it's shortcomings because of the creative freedom it gives me.

Wow, thanks for such a positive review. It’s too bad the star rating doesn’t reflect that. I understand that no app is perfect, but I’d love to make Glamzy as enjoyable as possible. Sometimes there are technical limitations that prevent a feature from working exactly as planned or other constraints that aren’t ideal. However, It seems that you really enjoy using the app and it’s nice to hear about the role it plays in your work/life. But 1 star for an app that you say you’d be “lost without” doesn’t seem fair. The more support Glamzy has the more it will progress and improve. Thank you bunches for your support and feedback :)

I love this app! As a mua this helps me visualize editorial and creative looks for my portfolio but I really do wish there was an undo option/button! This is an amazing app with a lot of potential!
Like, but I want to love it
I really do like this app, but there are somethings I would like too see.
1. The ability to add more then one set of lashes, and the ability to move lashes so they can be used in the bottom too. I like to do drag makeup, so this would be a life changer.
2. I wish there where more options for blank face charts, like when I create a new chart, I want different options for the background. So either add more, or give us the ability to add custom ones.
3. Colours shouldn’t be so opaque when you have the opacity on zero, like there should be no colour, but on some brushes, even zero it to intense.

5. When I leave the face chart and go back into it, I want it to remember the settings and brushes I was last using
