All my pictures were deleted by the app

I had 4 years of a time lapse going and they all just disappeared when the app was updated.

Never worked since they had the update. Takes forever to download and they took the music option away

Buggy Export

Help centre is really unhelpful. If you have a specific issue they won’t help with it. You will just be met with automated emails weeks down the line. Have used the app for nearly 5 years but can’t export the project.

Hi, could you please go to the settings menu => optimization tool and start the performance optimization process? After this process you should be able to export the project. In the next release ( tomorrow ) we will also fix an issue with wrong date stamp on exported photos. (Version 3.0.11) Many thanks for the detailed feedback via mail. - Your Picr Team -

App doesn’t work

I got this app about 5 years ago and it worked great. It was simple, easy to use, and did exactly what it advertised. Over the last few months they’ve made some updates to the app and now it is super laggy and I can’t get slideshow to generate any more.

Not a fan of new update

Need to be able to prioritize the profile names or be able to put a specific one as the main one but I do love this app.

Good Until It Wasn’t

I had been using this app for about 4 years, there were some bugs, but overall I was satisfied with it for what it promised to be. However, today it accidentally got deleted off my phone and there seems to be no back up for the pictures on it??? Maybe this is just all my fault but is there anyway to get the pictures back??

Terrible

Terrible costumer support, I emailed them days ago and they have not responded.. I bought the full version and it was a total was of money... the app keeps crashing every time I try to export my images and I can’t back them up if I ever get a new phone... don’t use it.

Where are my projects?

Upgraded the app to find all the folders I created for each person are gone and all the old photos are in one folder together. Asked for support and no one came back in a months time. Will delete the app as I found it a bit annoying to use anyway

I’ve been using this for quite a while and I really love it, it looks nice and it’s easy to use and it seems like the developer listens to feedback from its users.
