  • Shuts down too much

    When set to auto connect it will often lose connection to the point that the app won’t open to allow it to be turned off. It often gets hung up where it turns on and off every split second and won’t allow a connection to WiFi or allow you to turn it off. It’s therefore unreliable and a waste of money. Note: When it happens I am unable to click on the cog wheel and unable to do anything until it resolves itself. When it does, I quickly turn it off.

Here are steps how to do it: 1) Wait for the issue to appear 2) Open the SecureLine app 3) Tap the icon of "cog wheel" in the upper right corner to enter settings 4) In settings tap on "Help" 5) Right at the bottom tap on the blue "Contact Support" 6) Select the "Contact technical support" at the top 7) Enter your e-mail, describe the problem, make sure that at the bottom you attach the log file for analysis and "Submit" the ticket When we receive this additional information we can react properly.   • Can’t connect to servers

    Ever since the latest upgrade I have only been able to use the app occasionally as it keeps coming up with the message ‘can’t connect to servers’ . I can only get it to connect by restarting my iPhone 6s. Please fix this!

    You have sent me a response which is useless as I cannot get any further than the page that says ‘cannot connect to servers’. The only other live button on the page is a Retry button which just returns the same message.

  • After new update I can’t connect it

    This app is really good but from last week I cannot connect secure VPN. It’s show me error failed to connect secure VPN. I have to turn off my iPhone and then I will connect it. Please fix the error ASAP. Thanks

    I’m finding it confusing. When using my apple iPhone or tablet I’m able to
    connect to a public wifi but when i click on your ap I am told I’m unable to connect to one of your servers. However the VPN notification is showing. Is the VPN really working if I’m not connected to one of your servers? Also because I am unable to connect to your server I’m unable to change my apparent location or switch the VPN off or on.
    I need to do this as as it is all very well slow when the VPN is on

    Hi, thanks for your feedback. You have to be connected to the internet so that you can accept the Terms and Conditions on the captive portal before activating VPN. This should solve your problem. Thanks, Avast

    AVAST is an interesting insurance company.
    Avast offers no cost auto insurance along with various other insurance policy.

    I am a 77 and a veteran....... I
    Moved to Orlando after my wife’s death.

    I signed up 4 years ago and have made no
    Claims to date.

    My concern is AVAST adds a variety of other insurance which I feel unnecessary
    and you are placed in a no win situation. I felt if did not pay/approve I would be
    tenuance situation.

    I called AVAST and these off shute programs were removed. Actually dealing with AVAST was no problem.

    I was told this would not happen again. But it did, with. No opportunity to decline.
    I called AVAST and offered my explanation
    that this would be removed. Hopefully this problem will bègb

    I will patiently wait.

  • Un must.

    Remplit toutes ses promesses. Abordable et ultra facile d’utilisation.
  • Difficult to remove and not very useful

    I generally like avast stuff but this offering falls into an unethical area.

    Firstly, I was looking for an antivirus, not any of the other stuff this offers and of course it does not include an antivirus; why was it the first search hit? Then, when the trial time ran out (I had cancelled the subscription stance I didn’t need it), suddenly, all I could do online is renew the subscription; the link for being taken off the list did not work. The vpn it forced my phone through would turn itself back on after being turned off. I had to actually remove the app to be able to use the browser without this its interruptions.

    I could see how an older or less phone savvy person might get frustrated and just keep buying the subscription. That is not an ok tactic to employ and it makes me want to reconsider using your other products.

  • Charges

    You get charged when you just seeing what it cost them when you try to pay it takes your money and want give you service. I’m about done with it and three of my friends bought through the like I sent them and I did not get my reward. They see to do nothing but cheat you out of your hard earned money. I might not be smart like them but I work hard for my money and just want what I paused for and the gifts they said they would give if a friend purchased the product

  • Streaming doesn’t work

    For the app that it is, it works really well with keeping me protected and my privacy secure.

    The only thing that I have a problem with is the streaming doesn’t work. Now I know they can’t just change the IP everyday but I would expect the streaming to work for a company like this.

    Been kicked off twice.. just paid today. iPhone S6 plus.. home computer is working fine but phone is not what I expected. If I pay for it, I want good results. Phone I got kicked off VPN within 5 mins.. I’m glad I only paid for 1 year. Need to do more research to get what I pay for at this point.
