I have two complaints about vantage one.
You do not have visa debit cards.
You charge $40 for an NSF charge when the charge going through is $20 or under. I have been with this bank for 20 years. Yes sometimes I don’t have money in there most times I do! PayPal tried to take out my Netflix payment twice and I received $80 in NSF fees. On a 21.00 payment.
I would think that the bank would look at my history and maybe throw a $50 overdraft on there just so I don’t get $80 in NSF charges. The money is usually in there later that day or the next day…..

The difference
This is a five star review for the app, and three star review for the main branches service. The hours of operation are so little that you almost need to take a day off of work to go into the branch. And at sometimes I will see the the tellers and workers standing around talking to each other when there’s a person in the lineup I’ve never been acknowledged once.

Long waiting period
Why is there such a long waiting after adding a payee and being able to make a payment, added payee Saturday morning and still can’t pay my bill.
E-transfer
E-transfer charges should be eliminated.

Compared to other bank apps this needs to be Redone

Usage of App and online banking
The online banking and App are very easy to navigate and very user friendly.
Ok at best
Often full of bugs, many redirects and you need a lot of patience. Love the financial institution, hope the ap can improve.
