Does not work
Last few weeks it has not worked, always giving message,service not available,. All my other apps work fine
Great selection but usability is poor
The app need the following fixes. Text view cannot be adjusted. It’s tiny. From the text view it offers a text to speech option which is automatically segmented. However there are only two speed settings 1x which is too slow and 1.5x which is too fast. You need to provide more refined options like 0.5, 1, 1.25, 1.5, 2x speed.
Final annoyance. When it’s reading to you via text to speech if the screen locks it will stop speaking. It should run in the background

App stopped working, needed to delete and re-add to fix
I absolutely loved this app until recently. Whenever I click on the ‘Explore’ icon, I get the message ‘Service currently unavailable, try again later’. I deleted, then re-added the app. It is working fine for now…
Great until last week
Up until last week,I have liked this app since I have had it, I have not had any problems getting the couple magazines I like reading. But last week I started getting the message server down try later. I have tried many times over this last week and just keep getting this same message every time I try to go to explore. Please fix!!

Can’t sign in
Couldn’t sign in even though both my local and university libraries are connected to this service. It just says the ‘remote server’ returned a ‘bad error’.
Used to work
I’ve been using this app for a year or so and it worked fairly well. Now I get the server 404 page when I try to sign in. My library is seen at the top of 5e page but the sign in doesn’t work. Clicking sign in takes me to the 404 error page. Reading the comments indicates to me that this error with signing in and been happening for awhile now—-6 wx at least. What a pain that there’s no fix (yet).

Don't bother to download until they fix it
Current version of App is not functional on iPad.
I used to be able to download periodicals using my library card on this app but now Server 404 error continues to come up when I try to do anything on the app.
I can sign-in directly from my Browser so I know I have the correct credentials. It's the App that's the problem here but when I tried to get help, it redirected me back to the Ebscohost page on the App and then it was the same error as b4.
I'll wait for them to update this b4 trying it again.

Service is down
I’ve been trying most of the week to download magazines on a iPad and getting the error that the service is unavailable. I removed the app and redownloaded it and now cannot even log in. I’m able to log in using a browser but then can’t download magazines.
App is Unusable
I installed the app and downloaded one magazine. After that I kept getting messages about the service being unavailable even though I had wi-fi. I uninstalled the app and restarted my iPad. I reinstalled the app. Now when I try to register with my library card I get a sever error or nothing happens. Terrible user experience.
