Migrate from react-native-camera to react-native-vision-camera
Replace archived react-native-camera (last updated 2021) and react-native-qrcode-scanner with react-native-vision-camera for iOS 26 compatibility. Remove react-native-permissions (only used by camera screens, now handled by vision-camera built-in API).
