It’s a rotting shell of what it used to be, it’s all about trapping you, once you pay for your food, that’s all your getting and you’re lucky if you receive all the items. Once you pay for the food, everything stops right there no customer support no remorse no sympathy cold as ice agents on the phone. No one cares once you hit pay none of them care just give a proper resolution to whatever issue it is. They have failed us on multiple occasions. Recently 3 out of the 5 orders I placed within the same week the orders came incorrect (island grill, and KFC). I have complained about this numerous times. It was the last straw for me. I tried reaching out to the team no one answered specifically asked to speak to a manager and no one answered! Service is complete trash.
