## What is 7min Challenge?

7min is a calm, focused 7-minute workout timer built around the classic, science-backed bodyweight circuit — twelve exercises, zero decisions, no equipment needed.

THE WORKOUT
• One circuit: 12 bodyweight exercises, 30 seconds of work, 10 seconds to transition
• Follow the countdown ring — one glance shows the exercise, time left, and what's next
• Voice cues guide every transition (or go silent, your choice)
• Haptic taps mark every change, so you don't need to stare at the screen
• Stack rounds any time you want more than seven minutes

THE CIRCUIT
Jumping Jack, Wall Sit, Push-Up, Crunch, Step-Up, Squat, Triceps Dip, Plank, High Knees, Lunge, Push-Up Rotation, Side Plank — the original 7-minute protocol, with a clear photo and short instructions for every move.
