If they haven’t even completed assembling the order, it would have been nice to add that so 2 people dont have to deliver such small orders. ### 4/5 — Needs inventory tweaks *2026-08-26, version 5.2608.0* I love the app but there’s a couple things to adjust. I understand inventory availability is based off the 711 I’m getting from but I have 3 near me, I should be able to choose which I am shopping at. I noticed this when I visited an actual store and saw more items than in the app. Also some stores are not included on the app ### 1/5 — ID Verification is Broken *2026-08-11, version 5.2608.0* I can no longer buy age restricted items because the Jumio client won’t let me switch to my back facing camera, and apparently my front facing camera is not a high enough quality for Jumio to accept pictures of my ID. I’ve tried resetting the camera permissions and uninstalling/reinstalling the app. Nothing works. Currently in the process of deleting my account and GOOD LORD. I have never had to jump through so many hoops. I have to confirm my email. Then confirm my phone number. Then confirm my ID (spoiler alert, can’t because of your garbage ID verification software) and then have a “good enough” reason??? This is SO sketchy. And in your excitement to fire all of your human CS staff and use an AI, you forgot to actually train that AI, and the result is being “transferred to a human specialist” that doesn’t exist anymore. Every. Single. Time. I need to talk to a person it says “estimated wait is 1-3 minutes” and every single time, I never connect with a real person. I am pretty sure they just heated it up in a microwave. The bun was all rubbery, which happens in the microwave. Hardly any steak, very thin it is just like the size of a hotdog. Definitely not worth $13. One might think they have decent/ok products. Try to buy it. They take your money and won’t let you have or touch what you bought or have your money back. The store workers will be rude to you. I call it the ps7 of apps because they took my money in 2 hours after cancelling my order. At least Sony might let people play their games before ripping them off. Bought some cigarettes. They will let you buy them yet you aren’t allowed to have them or your money. Messed up app and place. The workers, the drivers, the stupid bot customer support are all awful. The store is always out of name brand products that they claim is available, once the driver arrives they replace what your actually ordered and replace with what they want you to have.
