I am inside the restaurant but the app says you are outside of the range try again. This is so annoying and I have to close the app and try 5-10 times or more. This is a big issue. My location was always on and I gave my permission for 7punches app for location.  Can you please fix it.

1.  This should be integrated with 7shifts. 2.  I go to punch out on time, it says I’m punched out. I go back on my phone shortly after only to see I’m not punched out at all. It takes 2 punches to punch out. Happens 4x a week my manager gets so annoyed having to constantly adjust my clock. Could there be a worse app? I seriously pray there is an update fixing these issues. Every day.

This is full of bug. I am unable to register on this with iphone. Keyboard doesn’t appear while putting email ID and password for first time login.

Why can’t we punch in and out through the website, without an app? Requiring employees to install unnecessary apps on personal devices in order to work is not acceptable. The app Privacy card also requires way too much info.

Would love to use 7shifts to schedule staff but the biggest dagger is having a web-based option for time clocking. Super frustrating when you need a 2nd app, let alone it won’t let me set it up on desktop computers to allow staff to punch a 4-digit code twice a day. Seems like an easy fix to open up to more industries.
