They make it so damn hard just to see who’s scheduled that day. When we first started using the app, I could see the roster right away and it was easy and then the update messed everything up and now it’s confusing and you have to hit several different buttons and then find the color-coded department and scroll down. We have 4 locations and nearly 50 people on our team and 7Shifts is the first platform that was able to consistently offer the tools we needed for scheduling, payroll, and our tip-share. We operate in 3 different municipalities and that means 3 different sets of laws not to mention the state rules. No one was able to help us do payroll and scheduling well until 7Shifts. Are there areas that 7Shifts can improve? Yes. And I feel confident they will continue to make those improvements. A refreshing difference between them and any of the other platforms we worked with is that I know they will take my issue seriously, handle it the best they can, and conduct themselves in a way they can be proud of.
