مع الأسف كأول تجربة مع مقهى لابات 
كانت سيئة 
التجربة كانت بتاريخ 19-11-2022
كوجبة افطار 
وما حصل انه عند الدفع افادوني ان الاتفاق غير الموجود في تطبيق حسومات وذلك ما ابلغتني فيه موظفة الاستقبال في كافيه لابات
فاضطررت ان ادفع الحسابي كاملاً بدون خصم ال 20% المذكورة في تطبيق حسومات 
وعند الاتصال بالدعم افادوني ان الاتفاق قائم وانهم سيبلغوني بحل المشكلة ولم يحصل ذلك

لكن اتمنى اصلاح المشاكل المتكررة 
انا ما دفعت إشتراك عشان اذا جيت استخدم التطبيق القى فيه مشكله او عيب والعذر سيتم إصلاحها سيتم إصلاحها !! والوقت اللي ما احتاجه القى التطبيق شغال او يكون هناك رفض من المتاجر بتفعيل الخصم والسبب ان الخصم كبير او انه قديم وتم رفع كذا شكوى ولم تتعالج الى الان اكثر من سنه
