Please fix your app. The GUI is a mess.
The worst
The app works well when it works but the company is a complete disaster. We have asked them 4 times to set operating hours and they have still not gotten it right.
NO PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
The push notifications don’t work!
User interface not great
All it can do, turn on and off the alarm, add users etc. as far as alarms is concern, notifications is hit or miss, 99% miss. I may add, GUI not compatible with iPhone 14 pro, things don’t line up. The sad part, I have to live it.
Terrible
Rarely saves any data, clunky, horrible customer support, don’t dare try to call.
App is slow
Problems in how long it takes to communicate to panel from app. App looks like a rookie put it together. Not representative of Johnson.

You cannot get help when you need it.
I received access to the alarm code at work and no matter what I do when I try to arm the building it keeps asking me for it pass code that I was never assigned and I can’t get a hold of anyone to help me with this.
Most dishonest company
If you have a chance to choose a different provider just do so this jokers are so ridiculous it’s not even worth the time. It will save you a lots of headaches .
