  • Ahhh what have you done?

I have just moved from 32bits to 64bits ipa air 2. Now I find this classic has transformed itself into something its not. Is there a way to play the traditional Majong tower without starting a quest? This used to be a quick 2 minute meditation with a decent representation of Majong titles. I would like an option to turn off all that other stuff and go back to the older 3D design.

  • Great game

Really nice game, relaxing switch of
  • Fun but excessive buy in

I have enjoyed the challenge of the various games and am on level 100+ on most. I generally don’t bother with cheats, so for a long time I didn’t even look at in app purchases.

When I did I found two major issues.

First a page explaining how the cheats work, which games use what (don’t appear to work across all games) and the cost to purchase. Coins vs cash is not clear.

Second I was shocked at the cost of in app purchases. I get that this app is not add supported, but even if you bought very few this would add up to a much higher cost than a comparable game outright purchase.

Also most games give you an opportunity to earn coins over time. If they made a paid app at a reasonable rate that allowed that it would be a much fairer deal on both sides. Players can enjoy and earn at a reasonable cost, and someone who likes to use a lot of in app purchases still could have the options to do so.

  • Hard but good!

I am on level 102 on three rivers. I used up my undo options long ago and have to sometimes redo the same puzzle sometimes because I didn’t get it on the first try- but isn’t that the point? Higher level boards are supposed to get harder. All of these are solvable. I play this game all the time and with all the variety never get bored. Let’s also mention that this game has NO ads! No screen/video you have to watch- nothing! Get this Majong app. You won’t be sorry.

  • It’s good but could be better

I really enjoy this app. Four rivers and triples are a super new and fun way to play! That being said I wish you could play any levels whenever instead of having to complete one to move on so when you get to that puzzle that’s really frustrating you you can come back to it later (literally been stuck on 236 of four rivers forever and just want to move on but can’t ugh). And sometimes it doesn’t feel worth paying for any of the extra things you can use to help because like in four rivers everything is preset so I don’t see how shuffling will change that). I do love how challenging these can be and I’ve been stuck on other levels in the past for quite a while but I don’t come back to the app as often when I keep failing to pass the same level especially when it’s across the board on all different styles. Please just open all the levels to play and let people play whichever ones they want 😭

  • Love but 1 big complaint!

I’ve been playing the game on and off for a really long time. My biggest complaint is about the shuffle, undo, hint, etc buttons. They are WAY too easy to hit and use accidentally. This is my 2nd or 3rd time completely resetting the game because I accidentally use them when I don’t mean to. Im currently on level 25 of all the puzzle types and have accidentally used up all of my shuffles!!! You can’t get more without spending actual money which is extremely frustrating. Please enable a setting to disable the hints or allow for a confirmation before using. If this was enabled, it’d be a definite 5 stars!!

  • Puzzles should be solvable!

I have played Towers level 71 hundreds of times and it would appear this can’t be solved without using shuffles - I refuse to do this because it feels like cheating. Has anyone ever gotten past 71 without using or buying a shuffle? I would be surprised...
  • Four Rivers levels are possible to break

I stopped at level 38 for a very long time but finally got it. I then stopped again at level 40. But then I figured out how to break that level. Ever since I have figured out how to play the levels the Four Rivers game is so much fun to play. I am now at level 79. Since level 40 I seldom hit a deadlock. Yes, the levels are possible to break in which at first I thought there was a design bug in the game.

  • Great game

Never write reviews and tbh think it’s pretty sad writing reviews for games on the App Store but I previously suffered pretty bad depression a while back which triggered constant insomnia and this game with its soothing music always sent me to sleep nicely and I’ll always greatly appreciate how it helped me through dark times 🧘🏼‍♂️ 🙌🏻

  • Surprise surprise it becomes pay to play

Really enjoy this game, particularly the Triples part, but I’ve just reached level 35 and it’s impossible to pass unless you have shuffles left. And they cost money. I appreciate some might not be bothered by the cost but I enjoy playing for the difficulty not the ease of constant shuffling that fails to challenge me. If not for this I’d happily give five stars. But I don’t like pointless games that trap you, with money the only war to proceed. How many more levels before I need to spend spend spend?? Also what are the point of coins???? I’ve got 500 and no obvious use for them. But guess what I can buy those too. What’s the point of them? Decorative perhaps?
