App hasn’t been updated since 2021 when LTG Donahue was MG Donahue, 82nd Airborne Division Commander. 

Was never updated when MG Laneve was DIV CDR. Hasn’t been updated to MG Work yet either. -APR2024

Everything contained in the div pam is absurd and useless.
