The app. has been updated yearly for the last ten years and is one of the few in the store specifically for HVAC. If you prefer to complain vs. getting help that's your prerogative. Otherwise, you can get a refund by going to your receipt and tapping "Report a Problem".

Perfect app for hvac business owner with everything and more

App is made perfectly. Still trying to work out a few things but it is everything I was looking for and then some. Don’t hesitate. It’s worth well more than the initial charge.

Cost Book with 13,000 HVAC Items is priceless!

Just added the Cost Book which is a unbelievable help with Estimates. The app does everything I need. Tracks customers, calls, labor and materials. Uses the iPhone contacts and calendar so it’s fast and easy to set-up and install. I can send email estimates and invoices and get reports and graphs to see how I’m doing for any time period. All of my history is instantly available to see what work I have done and there is a support function that can be used to get questions answered. Would highly recommend to any Contractor.

Awesome App for HVAC

We have been using the app for many years on iPhones and iPads. Just installed on our office Mac so our staff can coordinate everyones service calls. Works just likes it does on the devices. Perfect!

West of time

It keep shutting down automatically over and over. Not easy to work on it either.

This has been the best app ever for my HVAC. But I updated my ipad now my app wont open. I’m afraid to delete it and loss everything…….. help me please

Have depended on this app for three years, perfect!

The app does everything I need for my husbands HVAC business. Use the scheduler to setup appointments. Then automatically send reminders. After job is complete the email invoice goes out. All history is immediately available and he also keeps images of customers equipment right in the app. Would recommend for an independent business.
