We always respond promptly, usually within an hour or less. It sounds like you've made the font size too large to be readable. This is easily changed in the Device Settings. So, that is some of my history for yas. Now with this app I recently purchase along with a few in app purchases
(which are one time fee only, and no monthly fees). This app has a lot of self help files, but like any highly functional apps, there is a good chance you will have to get a bit of technical assistance from the manufacturer via email to set up some unique needs your business might have. Twice, I emailed for assistance, and as they say, they get back to you within an hour with a solution or advice. Both times I needed assistance they solved my problem for me. Actually the second email I sent asked them about a few things. One thing I noticed that may be an issue with some people is that they have a function that allows you to give and clearly show a customer discount on your quote or invoice. The problem I had with that is that the discount came out after taxes. That means the customer pays tax on the amount discounted, which the customer might have an issue with. The App developer staff told me they were going to have that changed in the next update. However that might be tough for them to do I suspect. Acclivity (my old program) had the discount function at one time, but they did away with it. I think it plays havoc with listed parts and set prices within the program, and accurate profit and loss calculations. Anyway, for now, I will just add in the extra tax paid onto my discount to offset that matter for the customer.
So, for now they get a 4 star rating, since I'm pretty new to the program, but see great functionality and great tech support. Once I get used to the program, I will likely give another review, and it will hopefully (for my sake) be a 5 star rating in the future. Good luck!
