Finally, an app that can do the job for us all.

Have lost track of the number of apps that I tried. Like the idea, just couldnโ€™t seem to find the right one, until now. The app just makes sense to be and run great on my 6 plus iPhone. The invoice format is clean and easy to read and can be setup to fit your exact needs. The estimating function is cool including the signature capture function and followup tracking.

The Best HVAC invoicing in the market. Good technical support too

Poor display quality

I personally think this app should not even be on the market. This is the worst app I have ever purchased from an App Store. Very poor quality highly recommend not purchasing it. I would really like to get my money back for this app but they almost make this impossible. Buyer beware of this product.

App donโ€™t work after latest update

Ever since the update the app simply donโ€™t work. When you finish an estimate and click to see the printable form and email portion, it kicks you off. All of the saved items have all the writing all skewed. Tried emailing the developer numerous times and never received an answer back and I bought all portions of the app. Worked beautiful before the last update for years.

We always respond promptly, usually within an hour or less. It sounds like you've made the font size too large to be readable. This is easily changed in the Device Settings. Just installed the app and itโ€™s doing wonders for us!

Just installed the app for my husbands business. Also bought Cloud Sync so we can use multiple devices. He enters the work as its completed on his phone. Then I bring it up on the iPad, review and email it to the client. Beats doing it by hand and nothing gets lost or falls through the cracks. Getting ready to add our supply and parts inventory so weโ€™ll have it all together!

Solid App with very good support & expertise. Thank!

Although we just got this app it seems to be quite solid. There are a few things that I would like to see done differently but I am sure that I'll get used to it. Always a learning curve with new software. Text response to support was immediate and answered my question without having to answer a lot of stupid questions first. We are able to keep seperate job address for our large customers which is very important in our business. Recently added the Craftsman Cost Book, the best resource.

Would recommend to any HVAC guy...

I has taken me awhile to let go of my old methods and get this running on my device. It takes a little longer when you get started. However, after you build up your customers, labor descriptions and parts inventory it is really fast to do an estimate or invoice. Nice to be able to bring up history with just a few taps. It will be really cool after a few years. Bought the Cloud Sync so I can use on by iPad and iPhone. Thanks!

I was recently using an accounting program called AccountEdge from Acclivity. The main program was very good, but the mobile app that came with the program sucked. It had little customization available and it was hard to see the entries with the app colour and font. The final straw for me was a manditory 150.00 update to keep using the mobile app via Dropbox. I have a very small company and can't afford and expensive upgrade like that after just shelling out over $400.00 for the program just 4 years prior.
So, that is some of my history for yas. Now with this app I recently purchase along with a few in app purchases
(which are one time fee only, and no monthly fees). This app has a lot of self help files, but like any highly functional apps, there is a good chance you will have to get a bit of technical assistance from the manufacturer via email to set up some unique needs your business might have. Twice, I emailed for assistance, and as they say, they get back to you within an hour with a solution or advice. Both times I needed assistance they solved my problem for me. Actually the second email I sent asked them about a few things. One thing I noticed that may be an issue with some people is that they have a function that allows you to give and clearly show a customer discount on your quote or invoice. The problem I had with that is that the discount came out after taxes. That means the customer pays tax on the amount discounted, which the customer might have an issue with. The App developer staff told me they were going to have that changed in the next update. However that might be tough for them to do I suspect. Acclivity (my old program) had the discount function at one time, but they did away with it. I think it plays havoc with listed parts and set prices within the program, and accurate profit and loss calculations. Anyway, for now, I will just add in the extra tax paid onto my discount to offset that matter for the customer.
So, for now they get a 4 star rating, since I'm pretty new to the program, but see great functionality and great tech support. Once I get used to the program, I will likely give another review, and it will hopefully (for my sake) be a 5 star rating in the future. Good luck!

Doing great now - Scheduler a nice addition

i got off to a rough start with the app and was ready to throw in the towel. Had set everything up but couldn't email my estimates or invoices. Turned out to be the way my email was setup on my iPad. John in support was very helpful and in addition to getting the email going explained some of the shortcuts and more advanced features. Really glad that I persevered, itโ€™s a great program! Plus, the New Scheduler is a nice addition.

Rip Off

Don't buy this app. It is just a copy of their other app Service Call Pro. Poorly made! Just a copy of an app and renamed.
