HELP!!!
I’ve been trying to go on App Support but it says URL not found!
All my lives have disappeared, on mobile and iPad, since the last update I’m only playing with 5 lives, can someone get back to me, this is my favourite game, but this situation is very frustrating, I’ve deleted app and reinstalled it, signed in on email, Facebook and Apple, but none work, I’m on level 1411 it’s took me years to get this far, and now my mobile has gone back to level 1, please help me 😢😢😢Show lessJane Simpson
I love this game but don’t like the update
I love this game it keeps me active and the levels aren’t to easy but not to hard. It challenge you. But the new update that you put I don’t really like.I don’t like this update because it make it where you can’t get lives from others people. It makes it where you have to use gold bars which I don’t have and most of the time most people don’t want to spend money on gold bars or just can’t spend money on god bars. Am in the case where I can’t spend money on gold bars. I just think it a little unfairShow lesslovehedhog sweet poato pie

Have updated now lost all my lives and extras they just disappeared have tried deleting and reinstalling still not working won’t send lives or give lives not a happy chappie if it does not fix itself I will delete apptravelbug@
Lost friends and lives
Where have all my lives gone? And my friends? I have a constant 50 lives at any time - today they have all gone since the update - how do i get them back?
This is the third time i have had to reinstall bubble witch2 and am now on level 1557 - HELPAppysap
What’s going on?
I love the game and play it several times a day. I’m not a kid anymore, I’m now 81. The other day because of a glitch, I was given 100 gold bars. I purchased the color changing item. The next day I used two of them and dropped to 44. Two days later I paid $2.99 for the contents of my piggy bank, 50 gold bars. I should have had a total of 94, but wound up with 64. I will not be purchasing any more items for this game if this is how you do business. I’ll miss the game but have lots of other options.Show lessSnack wagon

I purchased extra bubbles and the wouldn’t download I’m out $35 Apple refused to refund. Not a good look 😬MaurNZ

Love the game - however every time there’s an app update something doesn’t work ! This time my friends’ photos are incorrect; and I’m asked to log into Facebook via an invalid link !!! Please fix this !!bennieM

Hm it is now September and I still can't access the game on either of my devices, have deleted reinstalled, turned the devices on and off still can't play they load then shut down, to be honest the game was a lot better before all the up grades, I would really like to continue to play but it is nit working for me looks like Hayday is it 😩😩Show lessNonie's

I love bubble witch saga the original, I hate the bubble witch 2. The problem is it keeps say not connected to the internet so now I can buy anything. That’s really frustrating. Wish you’d sort it out, must be your end as my other games are ok.Original bonbon
I WAS AT OVER 1800
I’ve been playing for a few years and was up to game #1800 and then some. I really enjoy playing and I’m not a kid. I am an old lady. My only complaint is when we “play on” when we are not able to win a game and we purchase more, we don’t always need to use all that we purchase. I think we should be able to have a bank that we can add these unused bubbles since we paid for them.Show lesssfhltyb
