Doesn’t even work
I had trouble even logging on because the password button covered up the sign in button on the screen. Once I finally got in I received no notifications. I waited a few days but still nothing, when I check the website teachers had recently posted grades but did not show up in the app. The setting menu also has no function and just says error every time.

Good Idea, Terrible Execution.
You are happy to find the app in the store, the login looks legit and takes the schools URL and login credentials. Then you get updated from the school (outside of Aspen) that info is posted on ASPEN… but all you can see is the “Welcome…” notification with options to view the About, Settings and can Logout. I waited a week to see if anything would sync up and nothing. I ended up just logging in via a browser and making a “homepage” link on my phone - so much easier! It’s been 7-8 years since an update (2014?).
I’ll take this is a clear sign as to why this app is not posted anywhere on the school systems sites??
Perhaps there’ll be an update soon with much better overall functionality with the app. It could be a great, useful, informative and up-to-date app too!

Terrible
I hope the services provided by this company are free to our schools because everything about these systems is crap. Layouts are terrible, usernames that are provided to us are silly, ability to log in is crap, it is not intuitive at all and try to find a report card from a semester previous and you might as well be looking for a needle in a haystack. The website and the app are just utterly useless. This whole system has zero redeeming qualities. I wish I could rate it zero stars.

Doesn’t work on newer iPhones
I had this app on my Samsung Galaxy phone and it worked as it was supposed to. It’s a really basic app but I did get notifications of my kids’ grades. I got an IPhone XR and the app just doesn’t work. I sign in but the notifications page is completely blank, and the settings page says it has an error then kicks me out.

UPDATE
I feel like you should have a section for each class we have so we don’t have to scroll down the same notification and pressing on it to send if it’s the correct class. If you organize it a bit better and have that , the app would be a lot better
It give notifications, but doesn’t show them on the app? Just delete the app then re-downloaded it
I occasionally receive notifications for this app, but when I tap view but it doesn’t show them?! Also, I can’t edit the settings it keeps saying “unknown error” I’m sorry, but I don’t suggest this app.

Glitched
It was fine last year. Of course this is a new school year, so I have a new password and when I changed the password and did everything I have to do the screen was totally blank, I can see the settings, about and log out but other than that nothing. I am getting the notification but when I opened it nothing on the screen just blank. I deleted the app so many times and reinstalled it again but still same thing happen. Can someone please help me.

Very frustrating
When you update the password it stops working at all, even if you erase and try again. If it ever comes back up need option to clear out old grades en masse rather than years of grades individually.
To clear the app from last year’s grades I tried logging out and back in. It won’t show grades orlet me see settings. Erased app and reloaded. Still blank. Now what?? When it worked last year I would have liked to be able to see a preview showing the grades on the main page without going into every one individually. But now I see nothing so I can’t use it.
