Completely glitched
This app was fine for the first semester when I wanted notifications for my grades in each class. It was nice because when I clicked on the notification it showed me what my average grade was in that class after that assignment. This semester I was getting the notifications but the grade just said null so I figured I had to wait a while for it to fix. 3 months later it still wasn’t fixed so I decided to logout and log back in to see if that helped. Except I couldn’t log back in for the life of me. I checked my password a million times and I had the correct url, it had even saved the information from the time before so I new it was accurate. I deleted the app and redownloaded, restarted my phone and tried so many different things but it kept saying “unknown error.” I don’t know what’s wrong with it but I keep getting notifications for grades but I can’t even see what class it was I when I go in regular aspen I can’t find where that grade came from. Somebody please help me fix this.

Do Better!
This App is disappointing because of how outdated it is. After getting a new phone I downloaded it back and now I’m getting an error every time I log in. It’s not updated enough to for my whole screen. notifications that come aren’t specific to the assignment unless you click on it, but even then there is a lot of filler words rather than a clear way to see my grade. THIS APP IS IN DIRE NEED OF A REVAMP!!!

Horrible Application
I had the app previously installed and even at that time the notifications were horrible because you couldn’t see everything and then there was no way to mark a notification as read. I uninstalled the app and wanted to reinstall it however it won’t allow me to login back in. I’m continually receiving the “oops, something went wrong with the application”. So now it’s completely useless!

Why
Why make an app that just shows notifications for a website, I thought this would allow me to use aspen on my I-device because the website doesn’t scroll down. Instead all it does is show a completely useless stream of notifications almost all of which are the same until you tap on them.
Having Trouble Logging In
I would love to use this app so much, it would be so helpful. But when i try to use my log in which is 100% correct and i put in the url which is right it comes up with something saying that my login is wrong I would really like to know what to do so it would be great if you got back to me soon.
It works okey
It works really well, other than the fact that after the summer ended my grades stopped showing up, and I had to completely log out and log back in. After I logged back in I got all my notifications, and ones from last year that I now have to delete. The other issue is I can’t delete all the notifications at once, I have to go through and delete them one by one. I really wish they would fix these problems but I feel like they won’t, so I’m just writing this as a warning make sure to delete the notifications right after u read them.

Depends
Well, it works for me for some reason. Have you turned of the notifications and turned it on again? It may not help but try it. If that doesn’t work try deleting the app, restart your device, and then redownload it again, then see if you get notifications when your teacher(s)post a grade.
Great idea, Poor execution
There needs to be a group delete/delete all to remove notifications. There should also be a way to view multiple kids and distinguish between them. This needs major work to actually be a useful app. Like other users I did not use this over the summer, got kicked out. When I finally got signed back in I had three years worth of notifications to delete - which I had been deleting all along. Unfortunately, if I want my kids grades on the go this is the only option - so I guess they don’t have to improve it because I’ll still use it. If I could give it a half star I would

Not receiving any notifications this year
The app worked great for the last two years. This year, 2019, I got 4 notifications in August and then it stopped. The school reset everything twice and I deleted and reinstalled the app twice but it’s still the same: 4 August notifications load and nothing else. I cannot keep track of my child’s progress without logging into website, clicking on each subject, then clicking in homework or quiz or test, then seeing details. For working parents, this app was so convenient.

Not working?
I used this last years school year to get my grades faster and not have to check the website all the time for grades. It was quick and efficient but now it doesn’t work! I re-downloaded it this school year and it started working a little bit towards the end of august-the beginning of September, but it stopped working after awhile. It was very useful and I hope this gets fixed!!
