Too many connection problems
Problems after restarting computer. StrongVPN won't start up. After 6-7 attempts of trying to connect StrongVPN disconnects many times leading to interruptions in service. I paid full year subscription and now requesting a partial refund.
Can’t connect to any IP since yesterday
Was recommended by a friend. The connection was really strong and stable for the first 2 week. Getting harder to connect to the right IP after that, and it stopped working from 2 days ago. Tried everything I can...Help?
I can’t take it anymore
I’ve had this vpn for 5 yrs now and I am very sad to to say don’t use it more then 75% of the whole year!!! I can’t even connect I’m in a country where I can’t have freedom to watch what I want! And this is the only way to enjoy some of the things want I am so fed up with is vpn I’m going to express vpn many of my friends have it here and it work most of the time sorry I cant it anymore!

The new on demand feature did not work at first so I contacted support. Support was provided and I resolved the issue. The VPN service is working well now! Thanks StrongVPN!
App stops working after 8 months
This app worked well for 8 months and then stopped working. I paid for a year and got 8 months. A big rip off.

I’ve used this VPN on several occasions to stream shows and go on betting websites while out of the country.
Easy to use and certainly worth the subscription fee if you work out of the country regularly.
I told my good friend about it and he instantly downloaded it on my recommendation leading to him thanking me on many occasions.

No Connection
Ever since the last few updates I’ve had no VPN it states connected but you cannot even connect to a standard website let alone a blocked one. The new diagnostic tool shows the system trying to connect you to every server at once no wonder it’s not working.
Very disappointed
I subscribed to StrongVPN to watch my favorite show Lucifer and it has just charged into my account for subscription fees but I could no longer watch the show cause Netflix blocked StrongVPN. People don’t be fooled by this scammer and stay clear cause i had problems trying to connect to Netflix and connection message just keep popping up saying it could not connect to Netflix and please try again later. Tried numerous times but to no avail and no effort from StrongVPN shows to fix this problem after weeks of failures. I’m canceling my subscription today after my very last try.

Reliable
We have used Strong VPN on Windows 10 and IOS for the last couple of years. No problems, it just works as it should.

I travel a lot ... and so often I travel to zones where some apps I use to contact my family back home are blocked ... but with StrongVPN, I keep it running all the time therefore I do not loose any quality video calls with my family wherever I am ... at least in the countries I travel to... although it’s worth mentioning that I use my UK mobile provider data roaming number to connect to mobile broadband networks... and sometimes I use a local data provider through hotspot to my phone “As I carry two phones “ .... well done and keep the good work
