App and website don’t load
Every time I attempt to use the app or website it refuses to load. This is an ongoing issue for the past few months. I would not have gone with their insurance had I known how difficult it would be to use their services.

This company has great coverage but they have fees to accept payments. Unreal!!! You can’t even set up automatic payments to avoid these charges. Try to make payment but it times out. They are intentionally doing this to steer you to make a phone payment for more fees on payment. So in general this company is a scam and trash. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Sloooooow Start
Absolutely love the convenience of this app, that is once it finally opens! Average time of 4 minutes waiting for the spinning to stop and the dashboard to appear. Would be wonderful if this could be fixed.
Loading Times
Why, as a company have you not fixed the page loading times. Legitimately takes 10 minutes to load the dashboard page once past the login page. Tried on full bars 5G UW , tried even on my at home internet FIOS 2G service with over 2G a second up and down. Honestly unbelievable, you have to know the dashboard loading times are insanely slow. Fix it. It’s been over a year like this.

Site Slow
I appreciate being to pay online, though the site seems to have some problems bringing my account up in a timely manner, it will eventually come up and then I can pay, that’s the only reason for not giving 5 stars
App doesn’t work
I’ve contacted the company two years in a row about the app. The app accepts the login credentials and goes to the main page where is shows ‘My Agreements’ at the top, and “please wait” with a spinning circle in the middle for over 30 minutes (haven’t waited longer). It’s gone on for almost two years now causing me to have to call in electronic payments rather than using the app. The company has ‘raised a ticket’ each time however the problem has not been solved since early 2022.

Used to Work Great
This app used to work great for us. We have used it for years to pay my husband’s business insurance. For the last several months I have been having issues getting any information to load. I am able to login, but that’s it. All I get is a buffering wheel that seems to spin forever. I finally became fed up and uninstalled the app when nothing else worked. After I reinstalled the app everything opened and loaded without a problem.
Today I tried to make a payment and it has reverted to the same problematic buffering wheel and no information.
For the exorbitant fees the users are charged I feel we should be getting something a little better than my experience and the others I read about in other reviews.

Don’t bother!! Stopped working!!
Aug 23, 2023 Update: rebooted phone (iPhone 8s IOS version 16.6) and waited 4 minutes of spinning out!! Pages loaded slowly. Got the payment done Upgraded review to 2 ⭐️
Zero stars if I could!! Not cool as a fortune is charged per payment when not using this app??? The only way to pay and it just spins out- Spins out! Extremely frustrating!!’ Starts spinning without password added and have to hit cancel and then manually add password. Just spins out won’t work and only reasonable way to pay. Ridiculous.
Chat with support on ipfs website link = 404 error???

App Doesn’t work spins out
Made 6 attempts to pay on this app yesterday. Spins out for 2 minutes. And when tapping the submit button (changes color but will not submit).
NOTE/HINT: One must “LONG PRESS” the button for the payment to take effect. Change of button color does not indicate payment made.
This app needs a update to fix glitches . Used to be great in the payment portal.

Autopay Would Be Nice
It would be nice for there to be an auto payment section to upload a card and have it pay on time every month. But I guess you like sending out delinquent notices via emails and paper mail. It’s unfortunate we live in an electronic world & I have to make individual payments for something so important. Crazy.
