  • Useless

    Terrible app
  • Not user friendly at all

    What a hassle! I have been trying to connect the Bluetooth card reader for an hour. I give up. Nothing is simple with this. I will just continue to use my other credit card service for now.
  • Needs Fingerprint read ability

    This App desperately needs ability to read fingerprints for login when starting App on device.
  • Very glitchy

    I use this app almost daily. It has double charged my clients, it has also accepted payments tat go through but don't actually post. I watch for the transaction to complete and the transactions never posted into my batch. Now this app does not work on my iPad . When I use the keypad to enter a sale I get bumped out of the app . Calling customer service takes a chunk of time out of your day not much becomes resolved. The Chase payment tech customer service department was supposed to give me a discount on my monthly service fee they were going to lower it from $10 to $5 this process took six months to complete because they said they never got my fax confirmation to complete lowering my monthly discount I faxed my paperwork work in 2 times it still didn't go through. Finally on the 3rd it happened.

  • What were you guys thinking

    Ummm please try again we need to log in after every transaction?That is very annoying how about you log us off when we want to be logged off to avoid that.The tipping screen should be dedicated not super tiny so they can't even see it.Also u give them a square inch to sign? So unless their name is giant X it's not gonna fit.You guys had me fill 21 pages and wait 3 days for this? Also your phone Mobil app crashes and requires to be deleted and reinstalled.The transaction page is also tiny even on the iPad version. Do you guys not realize you have the entire whole page why are you using 1/3? IM USING SQUARE UNTIL YOU FIX ALL OF THESE ISSUES

  • Annoying

    Sign in is too cumbersome. App doesn't work in the background, so you have to sign in again every time. If you miss a letter, you need to go through a lengthy process of signing back in using the random username they created for you which you can neither remember nor copy and paste.
    All things considered, this app is not user friendly, not business friendly, not sharp. The user's experience is annoying, to say the least.
    And to make it even more annoying, you cannot cancel your service before two years or you face a heavy cancellation fee. Moreover, whether you're using the app or not, you're billed monthly.
